Airpaz is a non-compliance company because they work around laws and legalities via foreign policies, im sure. If they were stationed somewhere customers would be able to call, speak to so... See more

Upon submitting the ticket fees online didn’t receive the confirmation right away like regular airliners do, which made me worry since I had no experience with Airpaz.
But all went well, stay assured if you submit everything correctly especially your mail address, you will receive the tickets in one hour at the latest.
Terrible experience with Airpaz. Despite paying multiple fees for a flight change, they never issued a valid e-ticket. We only received order confirmations and repeated requests for additional payments.
Customer service was extremely unclear, calls were disconnected multiple times, and emails told us to “wait” with no resolution. Because of this, we had to purchase new tickets directly from the airline.
Airpaz refused a straightforward refund, citing airline policy, even though the airline confirmed a refund was possible. Extremely poor communication, confusing policies, and failure to provide the service paid for. Do not recommend.
Bookd an internal flight in Japan with this company. Luggage section stated - maximum luggage reached. Confirmed with them online, near travel date, regarding luggage - no luggage allowed! Who flys long haul with no luggage? Can't cancel or get a refund. Impossible company to communicate with. I must rebook with an airline directly, which is what I should have done in the 1st place.
SCAM COMPANY. Took my money through Paypal for a ticket, then never issued the ticket.
Challenged my Paypal dispuit and won!! So they have my money for a ticket they never issued.
Scumbags, avoid and book direct with airlines
Booked a flight from Lombok to Bali. Regret set in when I read the reviews here.
Have to say that my experience was fine. Got a good price for the flight, they reminded me to check in and provided the link. Flight was fine. Perhaps they are not all bad.
Totally i shocked, two times ticket booking unsuccessful after payment. What AIRPAZ is thinking? Refund taking one week. Be responsible otherwise people will not trust you
A shameless company that charges an incredible “processing fee” at the end of the bill. They should be boycotted. I will never ever use them. 😡😡😡😡
Exorbitant 'processing fee' in small print at the time of payment.
If you don't read the small print at the last step of booking your ticket, you pay an exorbitant surcharge.
Remove this app and never use it!
On an app Air Paz they have a return fare to Australia for approximately $420.au
Similar to other airlines
However, once you go to pay your ticket with no add-ons
It's changed to between $620-
$720.au
This is not happening when I go to pay with Jet star and Jetsy.
How is a 50% increase possible ?🤔
I have used AirPaz for a number of years the last trip gazumeped me by Au$200.
and now the same thing again
when I go to pay.
Needless to say I won't be using AirPaz.
Other than the price discrepancy they have provided
good service and I am now very disappointed.
Come across as a scam from the get go. Before I could start the process of refund or transaction dispute my bank (commbank australia) had totally reversed the transaction.
Does not deserve one star! On 12.31.2024 I filed on their website to cancel my vacation and flights scheduled 1.12.2025 for me and two sons due to my medical injury sustained overseas. They kept stonewalling and would not respond to my submission unless I emailed for status. They asked for superfluous documents like my marriage certificate and my sons' birth certificates and kept changing their requirements of their requested documents. As of today, 7.23.25 and half a year later, no response as to when they submitted to airlines Batik Air and Citilink since they claimed airlines said no refunds since flights were in January and it is now July. Refund was submitted on their website two weeks before scheduled flights! Responsibility belonged to Airpaz, the travel agent, to refund but you guessed it, a scam to make you jump their document request hoops and keep your money - a dishonest company. Wish my mom look up reviews before purchasing with them. Save yourself grief and don't give them a second thought.
Booked 2 flights but got email back from them saying payment didn’t go through. Didn’t get money back. Had to book with another airline. Claimed a refund and got denied. Third world business and customer service. Avoid at all costs!
Very unsupportive Customer service.
Communicating many times with them to get our trip to cancel due to medical reason all documents submitted but keep telling me to have a clear and up to date letter.
I am asking for voucher to use for change flight or to reschedule the flight.
Flight is non refundable which understand but allows reschedule and no availability on the site.
Airpaz just want to keep my money paid and does not want to help at all.
Dreadful company with shockingly bad customer service.
Flights frequently changed for our trip in Indonesia with poor notification and communications.
When the first flight change happened I phoned them from work as the changed booking appeared to only have 20kg. We had purchased additional baggage when we first booked this flight- 25kg because we had scuba gear. They advised us we did not have 25kg & we had to buy more, which we did as we had scuba gear & needed the 25kg allowance. I subsequently contacted my insurance company & bank as we were sure this was incorrect and were advised to reclaim the amount as when we contacted Airpaz again they said our originally purchased 25kg was present after all!The money was reclaimed (or as Airpaz terms it- chargeback).
We then had a return flight involuntarily changed and we asked for a refund as the date change meant we would miss our international flight home. We booked alternative flights with Garuda given the issues we had either Airpaz. We were provided with a voucher for refund for the Lionair flight -£138. When we tried to use the voucher it did not work & when contacting Airpaz they said they withdrew the voucher & will not give us our Lionair refund as they had to pay out the chargeback from the bank for the luggage- even though that is a separate issue. I have been in email contact with them every day since to no avail. They clearly intend on illegally keeping our £138.
Absolute shambles of a company who operate illegally. I am still awaiting them to supply their trading licence & regulatory body details as we will pursue this legally.
If anyone has made official complaints to a regulatory body and can provide details, my solicitor would be grateful.
Can confirm they actually gave me a valid flight ticket (I've also confirmed the PNR on the airline's website). The only downside I'm experiencing is that typically it took up to 6 hours after successful payment to receive my ticket, they also added strange emails to my flight information on the airline's websites. Honestly I was a little startled upon reading the reviews. Will give an update after completing my flight.
Update: I boarded the flight without hassle. Based on the recent reviews, I'd recommend you book flights from a trustworthy airline with low chance of flight cancellation.
Not recommended. Most of their flight are non-refundable even with RM50 processing fee. Better try Trip.com or Agoda instead
Airpaz never helped me with baggage. I experienced trouble reaching cebu Pacific to verify my seat. Airpaz never told me anything about reserving my seat. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend there help center service. No live agent
I had the worst experience with term , terrible and dishonest customer care. Rescheduled , the will delay till the day only to inform you it's not approved , the kept doing it till I had to book from another agent because if I don't travel immediately I will lose my job . I just applied for refund, though I don't if anything good can from them
I had a terrible experience booking through Airpaz. The information shown on their website was misleading — it stated that the ticket could be changed or canceled under certain conditions, but after I paid, the actual terms were completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch.
When I contacted their customer service to ask for help, the situation got even worse. The agent I spoke to was rude and impatient, and they actually hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I wasn’t shouting or being disrespectful — I simply asked for clarification, and they refused to explain or help in any meaningful way.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any business. Customers deserve transparency and basic respect. I will never book through Airpaz again and strongly advise others to avoid this platform.
I am considering reporting this to consumer protection authorities for deceptive business practices.
Biman Bangladesh Airlince is very good services.
