They were prompt and professional. A wonderful and safe install.

My first experience with Airport Home Appliance was great! I was able to view their floor models one week, and then order the fridge that I wanted the following week and was able to get it delivered in about a week and a half. For a bit of extra cost, the delivery people also removed the old unit.

The pricing was very competitive and the communications was excellent!

the overall transactions (in the store ) was okay. the item that i purchased refrigerator was out of stocked so i waited for about two weeks. the thing was the people who delivered it. this person was one probably the rudest person he trampled several of my plants on the walkaway. keep on mumbling "profanities " in spanish. overall experienced is not smooth.

Service is good and delivery as scheduled (in 4 days) is reasonable. The only thing I want to comment is that we were looking for a refrigerator (Frigerdale brand) and the inventory described on the website
was not available and needed to be ordered which took 4 weeks to arrive. We could not wait that long and had to pick one from the existing stock which is not the brand we want to purchase.

Great service and price on the Bosch dishwasher! Install went great and will recommend to friends.

The only issue I have is that the original product(s) I wanted was delayed or not available. Originally I expected the product to be delivered within 2 weeks, but was delayed up to 6 weeks. I had to pay a bit more for a substitute, and alternate products within the same price range were not available, which was delivered within 4 days. Great to find a substitute but unfortunate since I didn’t get what I originally wanted and I had to pay more.
Overall, the customer service was good. My sales associate was very empathetic to my needs and worked with me when issues arises. The delivery team was also good. They worked together to streamline the delivery and cam prepared during a pandemic. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the product before I signed anything.

Came to get a washer the guy was very informative walked me around explain all the options to me. Now I have a washer it’s beautiful, works great, no complaints I’m very satisfied.

I left feeling very good about the products.

Love them..always right on the money

We needed a refrigerator rather quickly and our first choice was not available without a 2 month wait. I wasn’t sure about 2 freezer drawers on this LG, but this model met all of our other requirements and we really like it now. Generous storage space for our needs, especially in fridge doors. Delivery and installation went extremely well, and after a couple of weeks, we’re very satisfied with our purchase.

The washing appliance I received was missing parts. It took repeated phone calls and e-mails to get the missing parts. It, also, took one month.
