Airport Express parking attendant was not there, hence could not leave my car, and there was no lift to the airport. No one took my calls at the time or afterwards to complain. After over 30mins waiting around, I had to leave to find alternative parking in order to catch my flight. No response to emails. Had to dispute the transaction via credit card to get the refund. Huge waste of time.
We have nave used Airport Express Car Parking for the last couple of years now. Excellent service every time we go there.
I would highly recommend this parking to anyone.
