I've been a customer for a few years now and never had issues when returning from a trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
My recent return flight was delayed and also experienced baggage delays. When I arrived at airportparking's counter past 23:30, I was one of the last 2 customers. Mr. Billar was still there. I asked hiim why he hasn't gone home, and he said that he prefers waiting for the customers. For this, I commend and salute Mr. Billar for his dedication to his work.

Collected my car at Geneva car only to find new damage to the rear bumper, along the offside and on the driver's door. Spoke to the clerk who put me through to the manager who's immediate response was that I was trying to scam them. Another manager came to look at the damage and claimed it was 'old', despite me having taken a video of the car when I left it with them. He gave no reason for his 'expert' opinion. They would not give me a copy of their report on the status of the car when I handed it to them. Sent them an email with the pics and video. They responded saying all the damage was noted in their report and the matter was closed. They did not include a copy of the report. Unprofessional service, scammers. Do not use. I will be taking the matter further
