the obviously sick shuttle driver hit me in the face with his fist on arrival at the airport bus station, after he had previously tried to seize my folder with travel documents by force. this without any objectively comprehensible reason.
Despite having young children, the transfer van driver refused to assist with or even touch our luggage. We had to load it ourselves into the van. Also upon return, we found our car keys were not kept securely but simply placed on top of the front tire of our car. We noticed the same for all the other cars stored there. In summary: Opinion: Not friendly, not helpful, not secure. We will definitely avoid this company next time we travel.
