DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not use this service, bunch of cowboys. It really is a gamble leaving your vehicle with them. I returned back from holiday only to find damage to my car
When I made contact with them, they said they would look into it, half a dozen emails later, still no reply. I even spoke to some bloke called Adam (supervisor) he promised to look into it, as the cost would not be an issue, funnily enough, I've had no reply from him either after trying to chase him.
It really is a gamble leaving your car with them, if you value your car, steer clear as they will do nothing to rectify the issue. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

The worst company I have ever used

The worst company I have ever used. Left vehicle which is relatively new, only a month old, 5 seater van style vehicle, using meet and greet service at Bristol airport, to return to a car that had clearly been used as a taxi at Bristol ballon festival. We could not get hold off company on return to meet us, had to keep phoning. On collection vehicle covered in thick mud, front and back foot wells, back seats, belongings left with foot marks, dirty coffee cups, phone chargers, only reserve tank fuel, previously over half full. Tried so many times to complain via email, kept being provided with different addresses, customer service line useless, had to refuel and pay to clean inside carpets and upholstery. Response has taken weeks to be told it was bad weather and 20% off next time used. I was on holiday the hottest week of this year. The company is clearly using vehicles for other purposes. No apology offer to refund has been offered. I will pursue further.

DO NOT USE THEY ARE NOT PART OF BRISTOL AIRPORT

do not use they are nothing to do with Bristol Airport - don't answer their phone don't speak English. Not clear where to go and we were late for our check in. On return my lovely car has obviously been driven as it had done 19 miles and the back and front of the car was full of mud it was everywhere. The out side was also covered in mud I think they are being stored in a field. The whole experience was stressful and misleading as you think you are booking with Bristol Airport.

Absolutely diabolical company waited for over an hour for my wife's car at Bristol Airport and dirty covered with mud biggest buch of txxxs of a company I have ever used avoid like the plague
Never answer their phone and so rude most unprofessional company I have used in over 40 years

AVOID AVOID AVOID
If you want your car picked up late by someone who is barely out of nappies, wearing a baseball cap, t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. Then this is the company for you.
When we arrived back at Bristol Airport we had 90 minutes wait for our car and 175 miles added to the mileage. Utter chaos from start to finish!

Bad service

My advice is to anyone travelling from Bristol Airport not to use their services as i booked meet and greet and when i arrived they was no one one there I had to call them several times before someone came didn’t look professional came and took my car away and the cheek to charge £6 pounds on top of what I already paid , and go and park my clean car in a muddy field . To some up all this they brought my car back damaged and tyres covered in mud. Please don’t use this service as its all a scam

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE COWBOYS AND LIE. We missed our flight because their meet and greet service in Stansted took 50mins to meet us. Zero customer service - stupidly I thought this was the “official meet and greet” when I booked.

DO NOT USE this company...

DO NOT USE this company.... they lie continuously, parked my car in a layby near Bristol Airport for 36 hours, they used my car to give passengers lifts, used qtr tank of fuel and they just say put in a complaint.... they never talk to you .... they were late in picking up and dropping off.... DO NOT USE

What a shocking company too deal with

What a shocking company too deal with, told me too phone them when i landed at Bristol airport which is what i did, 28 phone calls later and they tell me my car will be with me in 40 minutes, a hour and 15 minutes later my car turns up with no explanation off of the driver, the car had been driven over 40 miles and was covered in leaves and other debris, there was also takeaway rubbish and false nails in the passenger footwell, look out for other damning reviews because along with myself there were 8 other people waiting over a hour for their cars to be returned, next time i would rather walk the 60 miles to the airport with all my luggage than use this company again!!!!!

Do not use it! They sell you meet and greet parking and you will get completely different service! They will threaten you to pay extra or not get the car back!

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! Do not use!! Worst I’ve ever come across. Left the car covered in mud and a mess. Turned up late multiple times. Overall extremely poor service! DO NOT USE!!!

This 'Meet and Greet' is a joke.
At Bristol Airport I had to drive all the way to the exit to drop the car off, then had to pay £5 to let them take the car to the storage field down the road. We then had to walk back through the car park to departures. I could have parked closer.
On return they never met us with the car and we waited for 45minutes until they arrived with our car, then another £5 to exit the car park.
Car was driven like a rally through the car park and locked up the brakes on arrival. Just an absolute Scam!!

Shame I cannot leave a 0 star rating. Wish I had read reviews before. If its cheap there is a reason!! I stupidly booked with them. Our experience was nowhere as bad as others I have just read but still kot acceptable. The collection of the car went fairly well but had to ask for ID as the people collecting the cars looked less than professional. On arrival back at Bristol was told the car would be back in 30-35 minutes. 70 minutes later after standing waiting in the wind and rain, and after several phone calls the car arrived. Amazingly the driver didn't apologise and said they were very busy. Other customers were waiting longer than us so I feel we got away lightly. Avoid this lot, not sure how legit they are at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - will post my complaint sent to them, have emailed several times since they responded after trying to blame the awful service on roadworks/traffic jams etc - which is a load of sh*te if you ask me!!

Good afternoon,

I just wanted to put into an email, how terrible the service provided by your company was for our stay at the meet & greet at Bristol airport was for our break last week.
After calling 37 times & a very long ring, finally getting hold of the guy on the number given I called 45 mins prior to arrival to the airport to find no one there with any information on where to go or what to do with my car. I called several times again, to ask where the drive was to collect our car - 10 minutes later a guy walks over to collect it.

Just landed in Bristol, I called (again) 23 times and finally got through to say we had just landed. The guy on the phone said to go to the short stay pick up & drop off point, which we did, 40 minutes later we’re still stood there waiting for someone to turn up.

Called several times again, to be told that the car park was shut and we needed to go to the ‘new’ short stay car park to which we had no idea where this was as signposting is not clear enough. After wandering the airport we found the car park.

Called AGAIN to say we was there and where was the driver with our car!? A total of over an hour a half after the initial call made at 2pm when landed, I was told there was ‘many customers calling and told to wait for a call from the driver’ - a short conversation must I add as there was clearly not enough call handlers for the demand of pick ups from yourselves!

5 minutes later I have a call from driver to say he’s going to be 15 minutes and to be in the ‘other’ short stay car park where we dropped the car off. I then told him we have been told to go to the ‘new’ short stay - he then met us where we was.

To say the organisation is appalling is an understatement in my eyes and I will never be booking with yourselves again.

I have since emailed saying is anyone going to respond to my previous 2 emails yet still nothing back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Unclear and untrustworthy

Firstly, it wasn't clear to me from the website that the carpark where the car would be stored is quite a distance away from the airport. I live nearer to the airport itself.
Secoindly I telephoned the company and spoke to a representative who tolf me to email in to the company and they would refund my payment. In our conversation it was clear that I was travelling the following morning. I emailed as advised and received an email back some days later stating that as it was within a 72hour period of departure the charge could not be refunded.
The organisation looked clumsy and disorganised from the outset and I am annoyed with myself for having engaged with it in the first place.

**** DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY ***

Booked Meet & Greet at Manchester Airport in May.
Called the number several times on our way to the airport but it constantly goes to answerphone.
Looked up details on our return and realised we have been scammed (but fortunately only out of the advance charges as nobody took the car).

Looking back, the only details we have are these below from the email, with no office contact details etc.

Airport Parking Global Service LTD provides price comparison and acts as booking agent for As valet service ltd.

Looks like we were fortunate they didn't take the vehicle and park illegally or worse still with damage to the car.

Steer clear of these guys - professional scam artists!!

Edit - we have also tried to contact via email without any reply to various places including AS Valet Services & Airport Parking Global Services.

SCAM - I hope they end up in prison

Same as everyone else. This is a scam do not use this company. We used the meet and greet at Southampton terminal. It took 45 minutes for them to bring the car back and there was a parking ticket in the car. The person who dropped off the car didn’t say a word. When booking an error came up and we were asked to pay on drop off and money was transferred directly. Do not use. The legitimate parking agencies warned us as soon as they saw who dropped of the vehicle advising what had happened to other people, and then we found our own car parking ticket.

Horrendous service would avoid at all…

Horrendous service would avoid at all costs, is a scam. We had to wait an hour after leaving the cruise for the car to arrive back to the car park. Everyone was worried sick that the cars had actually been stolen. We have now received a parking ticket through the post when it should’ve been in a secure location. The whole experience was dreadful and made the whole holiday a worry.

It's over 1 month since we got back…

It's over 1 month since we got back from our cruise in Southampton and yet another parking ticket from Sainsburys car parking in Southampton. I'm now £130 out of pocket, for parking fines and I fear there will be others as the criminals may have moved my car more than once! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND SO UPSETTING! SPOILS HOLIDAYS AND SHOULD BE STOPPED AT ONCE! I welcome any advice from anyone who has been scammed or who are in the same position. These people must be stopped. I would like to speak with anyone who is currently out of pocket. We should be united and stand up to these people! I'm not going to let people like this walk over me. I intend to take action!
