If there were zero stars I would choose…

If there were zero stars I would choose it. Terrible, terrible, place. Someone needs to shut it down. No proper parking spaces. Transit to airport and back extremely dodgy. They didn't pick us up on way back and we had to take an expensive Uber which they are not refunding. And worse, my car was damaged and perhaps they had also taken it for a spin. Worse they parked in illegal places and I am now being chased for parking tickets. I have reported this site to the police but they say they have no authority to close the place down and I must report it to the trading standards authority. Now I am chasing my insurance company to repair the damage, no one here replies to emails or phones. Total, total, scam, but worse than that corrupt and illegal.

Car vandalism

Firstly,the car park has no proper directions. Instructions we had said we go to the holiday Inn reception.
The security guard from the hotel told me they's no connection with the hotel.
We tried calling the number we had and it wasn't working.
We eventually drove in some parking area and asked someone who told us they knew the company and will call on our behalf which didn't make sense.
He told us to take our suitcase out of our car then said the bus to the airport is ready. We where taken to a parked van which had a cash box and a lot of keys in plastic bags.
It looked very dodgy
We paid £12 fee to the airport.
We where picking our car on the 26th September.
It was very disappointing seeing our car had been vandalised.
The handle was broken,car couldn't lock as the keys had been dropped and dissemble. All we wanted to know was the person who drove the car that morning and the person on duty refused to give a name.
We have sent emails all we getting is,it been investigated .
Just a lot of rubbish.
Don't leave your car with them.
They taught us a very painful lesson.

Park at airport Ltd

Park at airport Ltd. Be aware of what you are buying! This is not a nice tarmac secure cctv car park. It is a dodgy very rough unpaved area behind the deserted Crowne Plaza hotel. Don’t get me wrong: we got our car back in one piece in the condition we left it. However, the office is the boot of a car and secure storage of car keys appears to be a Tupperware storage container. Communication is difficult as employees are poor English speakers. Transport to the airport is in old weary and scary minibus at high speed, unsure if licensed or insured for public transportation. Return vehicle had a 12 inch crack in front windscreen. Even though the car was returned…. I would not recommend this outfit. Long delay on return. Pay a few quid more and get peace of mind elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Park At Airport LTD - booked through “compare your parking”. Heathrow. Feels like an abandoned car park next to holiday inn. Waited nearly two hours to get back to my car on my return. Two weeks later, I’ve received a parking fine for the time I was away with a photo of my car parked on double yellows! Good luck contacting them too, impossible!

PARK AT AIRPORT LTD (Incorporated June 2025)

DON'T use this company. The whole experiebce felt very shady. First off at drop off, arrived at what felt like an abandoned car park, just next to an Holiday Inn with the operator working from his car. Right of bat I found a couple that told me to call the company when picking up the car as soon as I land, not after collecting my bags, because they were waiting for almost 2 hours for their car to be delivered. Lo and behold as soon as I arrived I called them and was told that my car wasn't in a near compound so I had to wait in the airport and they would call me 40min later to head to car park to be picked up by their vans (I was like what? They knew exactly what time my flight would be arriving and were not prepared??) 50min later and no one called so I call them again... Cutting the story short I ended waiting 2h, 1:50h was waiting in the airport to be picked.
Got to location were my car was only to find out that they moved stuff from my boot, almost like they either used the car to carry things or used the space to rest. Honestly, my biggest concern is if they didn't tamper with my car. Should have listened to my gut feeling and just parked at an official car park. NEVER AGAIN

We arrived at Stockley Park carpark after booking the parking well in advance to find it all locked up and closed ! After calling all numbers we finally we answered and told to go to the local holiday inn , where they were dealing from the boot of a car ! At the time a couple with a white Audi A5 were trying to claim for damage they had done to the front of their car .
After leaving car our app told us they had moved it a mile away but when we returned two weeks later it was in a muddy makeshift compound at the back of Plaza hotel which is currently a Asylum seekers accommodation site , with no fencing gates or security.
We were left there , then found there was no way out so had to call the office again to return . In the meantime we found the car had been tampered with and the front mudguard / flap had been manually removed .
I showed the guy who took pictures and told me to email them over , but wouldn’t give address … 9 attempts it took to get the email address details .
I emailed over photos of car as delivered and after with bits missing and no reply till I emailed again - then Amy replied to say she was dealing , thereafter the chain of unprofessional, racialist, sarcastic and dismissive emails began …. This woman / child was so condescending and insulting making stupid statements that she obviously had no knowledge of what she was talking about and was just out to bat off any claims .
Although cheap , do not use as it may cost you your car

Efficient.

Meet and greet at EMA very quick and swift and right next to the airport. Used a few times. Slight problem on one previous occasion where the car was left under a tree and then cleaned using an oily rag. But have used them a few times now and worth paying that little bit more than other parking around the airport.

Bristol car park

Don’t expect after sales service from Stansted parking providers

I booked 1 week parking ( plus fast track) in short term parking at Stansted. Ryanair cancelled the flight as we waited in the terminal with the next flight scheduled 24 hours ahead. Best scenario for us was to go home and come back the next day.
Questions for the parking people would have included how do I get the car out? Can I continue the booking if I do? What cost might I incur that I can try to claim off the airline?
Stansted parking has no one to talk to…I managed to find a number after half an hour but the recorded message stated that they were so busy that they only answered messages bumpy email!! Ahhh bless em. !!
Complained about the hopeless service and received an email back telling me it wasn’t their fault that the airline cancelled ( I knew this and never said it was) and that I was outside the time frame to cancel and I wouldn’t get a refund ( which I never suggested or requested).
I asked them to comment on the desperately poor after sales service and if they couldnt, don’t bather getting back to me.
Silence since. !!

My recommendation. Find another provider.

Southampton port parking

Southampton port parking. Disgraceful. Car badly damaged whilst parked. Video taken when damaged pointed out yet despite countless calls and emails, all ignored. Even incurred a parking fine where they parked it waiting for our return. Dash can camera wiped which speaks volumes. Avoid this company at all costs!

on retune again as email stated phone after geting baggage to be told we should of phoned when we got off plane tock 25mins to get are car back after we had reached car park

CompareParkingDeals.co.uk SCAM

Be very careful when you book your airport parking. There is a SCAM web from India, called "COMPAREPARKINGDEALS.CO.UK" (When you will try to find in Google cheap parking, it will jump on top as sponsored). If you will add your contact details to the booking form, immediately will call you some Indian guy with "discount offer" and he will try to get your card details. Its a SCAM, so think twice if you book through them. It can cost you more than you think. I told him, that I already paid it (even I lied and he became mad and told me: "What you have done you f****** idiot"and he hanged up :D ). He was so upset that he can not take all money from my bank account :D So use your head, before you book...

Do not use Yellow Airport Parking Heathrow T2 ‘Meet & Greet’…

I booked Heathrow T2 ‘Meet & Greet’ with Yellow Airport Parking from 17.08.2023 to 30.08.2023. They were helpful and on-time for pick up and drop off. The problem came when on checking my car before leaving the airport, we noticed a scratch with paint off on the bumper and back side of the car which was not there when i dropped the car off. Unfortunately, as we were running late when i dropped the car off, i didn't take pictures but had made mental notes of the mileage and scratches on the car, so know exactly the condition I left my car in. On collection on our return the passenger door would not open as it was a little jammed; the front seats had been pushed right back and their heights adjusted which is a big indicator that more than one person had been in our car. The fuel gauge was 69 miles to go although it was over 100 miles when we left it. I alerted Yellow Airport Parking about the scratch but they will not accept any responsibility for the damage stating that their driver would not have got time to cause damage between the airport and their parking and that the scratch was there. However, they are only sending me photos of the cat with the scratch when it is at their parking lot and have removed the photo details therefore unable to verify what time and date the photos were taken. Photos should have been taken before the driver set off from the airport to their parking. I have requested a copy of their CCTV and I will be also emailing Yellow Airport Parking about the door and seats. I am not sure if there is a way to request airport CCTV footage on the day. I strongly advise not to use this provider if you value your car in anyway. Also, i think Park & Ride parking is much better.

Do not book these there’s no meet or greet and it’s impossible to find

We booked meet and greet through these for liverpool airport. Never ever again. There were no instructions regarding where the parking was so we assumed as parking at liverpool is all in one place it would be signed by the car parks but it wasn’t. And it’s one way so two trips round the car park and paying £5 twice to get back through the barrier we found a phone number to call for help. We spoke to a guy who clearly had no idea at all about liverpool area and basically was asking us if we couldn’t see signs. Two phone calls later and we were starting to panic he put us through to another lady who knew the lay out and was able to direct us. This car park isn’t where you’d expect and is quite a detour. There is no meet and greet it is all automated which didn’t help when we where then stressed and late and it is further away than the multi storey so in future I would stick with multi storey or long stay which is right next to it. This is not a quick or convenient option which cost us £10 to try and fine

AVOID

Cancelled my booking a few hours after booking it. I am still waiting for my refund even though they stated it will be recieved in the next 7 days. Its now 14 days later and nothing. Not holding my breath but looking at small claims court for these guys.
TOTALLY RIP OFF COMPANY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
Firstly, was hard to get hold of them on the phone before departure, they were really rude on the phone like ' we are busy, cannot always be on the phone'. When they have dropped the car to Gatwick Airport, the car had a dent on the left side across entire length + scratches.
The guy just gave the car key and jumped into another car which seemed to belong to someone else who chose this 'Meet&Greet' programme. When we tried to explain that car has been scratched and visibly poor condition the guy was ignoring us and asked not to waste the energy talking with him, but to call the police if we want or to call his boss.
As soon we started the car, it had on top approx. 100 miles drove than the point it had been dropped off.
Now we having troubles with the car and has to go to service for a check up.
This has been followed up with police.
