Service wise was everything good. Just what I didn’t like was that the company change the pick up time and was to early. No roadworks no nothing. Anyway 5 star service.

Excellent instructions to meet at the Airport
It a pity that the driver had to stop at the gas station to make fuel , it should not make the clients loosing time

Booked airport transfer at last minute booking online very easy, driver picked us up on time and very comfortable ride back to the airport, very nice driver and beautiful vehicle will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service. Flight was delayed by 30 coming in so I was panicking that we wouldn't make the transfer but the driver was great. He knew we were late and told me not to worry. Then it took another 30 minutes after passport control for our bags to come through. Again the driver was very reassuring and waited. Booking service was very straightforward and the driver was awesome ready and waiting (waiting for a long time) with my name so finding him was easy. Definitely recommend 👍

I have used this company for the past two years and on all occasions they were very professional, friendly,and kept in touch before each collection and you can relax in there nice a/c mini buses.All drivers have been friendly helpful and on time.Thank you.

Very easy to book. Communication from driver was excellent and instructions to meet were easy to follow. Ideal no fuss transport after a long tiring flight at a fixed pre-paid price so no worries about having cash!

Fantastic service

I used Airports Taxi Transfers throughout my vacation in Europe. This included pick up/drop off at airports and to /from hotels. The last stop of our vacation was in Venice. They made my transport from the hotel to the airport in Venice super easy. Water Taxi arrived as planned to the dock and the taxi driver met the water taxi and took us to the Venice Airport. Everyone of our experiences was fabulous! Thank you!

Driver was in contact as soon as we landed, which was late due to delay in flight, he communicated exactly where to meet and his car was immaculate

Both rides the driver was on time and ready to pick us up on given location. Also Whatsup notifications a day before are great confirmation that everything is scheduled. You also receive contact info about the driver and other relevant info.

The booking process was easy, and both drivers were right on time and polite and friendly. That said, the car for the first trip was much smaller than we had booked. The car on the return was bigger/more comfortable, but we were not offered much A/C and several seat belts were broken. I felt the cars could have been nicer, given what we paid.

After arriving somewhat behind schedule and not finding the driver I was starting to get a little concerned that we had missed him. I phoned the emergency number and spoke to the driver. He explained that he was having trouble finding a suitable parking position as the normal parking area was full. After letting him know where we were waiting he eventually found us and escorted us to his waiting vehicle. I could not fault him or his vehicle. The service provided is great even with the slight hiccup at the beginning.It made my trip from Australia so much easier than I've experienced in the past. Thank you
