This transportation company was so responsive. Drivers were nice and vehicle was clean and driver was on time. Will definitely use again and YES highly recommended!

Fantastic service

I used Airports Taxi Transfers throughout my vacation in Europe. This included pick up/drop off at airports and to /from hotels. The last stop of our vacation was in Venice. They made my transport from the hotel to the airport in Venice super easy. Water Taxi arrived as planned to the dock and the taxi driver met the water taxi and took us to the Venice Airport. Everyone of our experiences was fabulous! Thank you!

Driver was in contact as soon as we landed, which was late due to delay in flight, he communicated exactly where to meet and his car was immaculate

Both rides the driver was on time and ready to pick us up on given location. Also Whatsup notifications a day before are great confirmation that everything is scheduled. You also receive contact info about the driver and other relevant info.

The booking process was easy, and both drivers were right on time and polite and friendly. That said, the car for the first trip was much smaller than we had booked. The car on the return was bigger/more comfortable, but we were not offered much A/C and several seat belts were broken. I felt the cars could have been nicer, given what we paid.

After arriving somewhat behind schedule and not finding the driver I was starting to get a little concerned that we had missed him. I phoned the emergency number and spoke to the driver. He explained that he was having trouble finding a suitable parking position as the normal parking area was full. After letting him know where we were waiting he eventually found us and escorted us to his waiting vehicle. I could not fault him or his vehicle. The service provided is great even with the slight hiccup at the beginning.It made my trip from Australia so much easier than I've experienced in the past. Thank you

Easy to book and our driver was ready after a couple of mins at arrivals and was on time (early) for pick up

When we arrived at the airport, the driver was not there. We had his contact number, and he told us he would be delayed. Fortunately, the delay was not very long—about 15–20 minutes from the time we reached the pickup area—but it was very hot, so it wasn't ideal.

The car was clean, modern, and comfortable. It had air conditioning, but the driver only used it for the first 15–20 minutes of the journey. After that, he turned it off and opened the window, so we had both the draft and the hot air coming from outside. He probably had an issue with the air conditioning, as we experienced exactly the same thing on both the outbound and return trips with the same driver.

Overall, considering that the price was very good compared with other operators, I am satisfied with the service

Fantastic transfer. I had a message when we landed at the airport with instructions on where our driver would be waiting. We found him very easily and the journey was very easy and straightforward. I have booked this company to use again and will only use airport taxi transfers from now on. Highly recommend 👌🏻

We booked a transfer through AirportsTaxiTransfers.com, with the messages regarding the booking coming from City Car.

Our flight from Luton to Dalaman was delayed. Around 4 hours before our original pickup time, we contacted them to explain that we would be arriving approximately 4 hours late. As the delay continued, this increased to around 7 hours, and we kept them updated throughout.

Despite communicating this to them immediately (approximately 4 hours before pickup) we were told that the booking would be treated as a “no show” because their policy only allows 40 minutes’ delay. We were then told we would need to make a new booking and pay an additional €45.

This was the disappointing and frustrating part of the experience. We had not failed to arrive or simply not turned up, we had informed them well in advance and continued to provide updates. The company also promotes flight monitoring, so we expected the transfer time to be adjusted rather than the original booking being cancelled, which they did as soon as we said we would be delayed more than their terms and conditions allow (40 mins).

Once we agreed to pay the extra €45, they did arrange the transfer . However, the reason for this review is that the assistance only came after we accepted an additional charge, despite keeping them informed for several hours.

The issue was not the quality of the actual transfer, but how the delayed flight and communication were handled and the fact they charged us twice knowing we had little choice as I would arrive with my children in the early hours of the morning

We ordered a return airport trip and it was great. There was very good communication with the drivers, I was sent excellent directions on where to meet, these directions included visuals and a video, which were very helpful. Our drivers were friendly, polite and professional. Everything ran on time. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I booked an airport transfer from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to Gare Saint-Lazare. During the booking process, I was asked to provide my flight number and scheduled arrival time, so I naturally expected the pickup to be coordinated with my flight.

Instead, the driver started contacting us the moment our flight landed, while we were still waiting for our checked luggage. We kept the driver informed throughout the entire process, but she repeatedly pressured us to hurry and told us we would have to pay an additional €40 in cash if we were not outside within one hour of landing.

To be clear, we reached the meeting point within the included one-hour waiting time, so we were never actually late. Nevertheless, being contacted from the moment the aircraft landed and repeatedly pressured throughout the baggage claim process made for a very stressful arrival after an international flight.

What concerns me most is the company’s policy. Their waiting time starts from the moment the aircraft lands, even though at a busy airport like CDG it is not unusual for it to take more than an hour from landing until you actually leave the terminal – even when your flight is on time and everything is operating normally. Passengers have no control over how long it takes to disembark, collect checked luggage and walk to the meeting point.

When I contacted customer service, I expected them to acknowledge that the driver’s behaviour was inappropriate. Instead, they repeatedly referred me to their Terms & Conditions and ultimately told me that if I did not accept those terms, I should not have made the booking.

This was not the level of service I expect from a professional airport transfer company. Both the driver’s conduct and the dismissive handling of my complaint have left me with very little confidence in this company, and I will not be using their service again.

I booked this company for both my outbound and return airport transfers for a business trip. The outbound journey was faultless — the driver arrived early, the car was clean and comfortable, and the service was polite and professional. No complaints at all.

The return journey, however, was a very different experience.

While still on the tarmac, I messaged the WhatsApp number to let them know there were delays with parking and disembarking. They called me when I reached baggage claim, asked how long I’d need, and I explained the belt wasn’t running yet but hopefully around 20 minutes. They asked me to update them once I had my bag.

My luggage arrived quickly, so I headed to arrivals and called for an update. Communication became difficult — the language barrier was noticeable — so I used WhatsApp as well to keep things clear. I was told they’d check where the driver was and call me back.

I moved outside the building but still saw no driver. When I called again, I was repeatedly told to look for a blue Audi, reg SN69. I asked if I should go to the taxi pickup point and was told yes. I went there — no blue Audi. I called again and was told they’d check. At this point multiple customer service reps were messaging me, which made things more confusing.

Eventually I was told to go to the multi‑storey car park. I kept them on the phone while walking over. I found a blue Audi, but the plate was SN67, not SN69, and the driver checked for my name on his booking which didn’t match, not even partial. After checking the destination address, it turned out this was my car. The customer service agent insisted it was SN69, but clearly it wasn’t.

Once inside the vehicle, I was hit with a very strong smell of marijuana or very similar smells (dont wish to accuse). After 18+ hours of travel, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Beyond being unpleasant, it raised concerns about whether the driver was fit to be operating a vehicle — especially one marketed as a premium service.

In summary:
Customer service did try to help, but communication was difficult and disorganised. The car itself was acceptable, but the smell of marijuana was completely inappropriate and concerning for a professional driver. For the price paid, I expected a far more reliable and premium experience.

In the end I got home safe, If you ask me if I would use again... I am torn. The outward journey if that was the same as return... yes. But given how the return leg went, I am not so sure.
