Placed order on 19/11/22 I had to pay and extra £1.50 to the post office to received the package which arrived on 13/12/22. The note when ordered was 2 to 3 days. Not happy

Hi Clement, we are very sorry that your order did not arrive in the time scale. There are currently huge delays with Royal Mail due to the strikes and unfortunately this is out of our control. I do not understand why you had to pay £1.50 to get your items from the post office. We will refund this £1.50 for you. I hope you like the targets and again I can only apologise for the delay in delivery.

This was the 1st time in ordering. Upon delivery I was happy with the quality of the targets much better than I expected. My overall experience from beginning to end was excellent. Will defo be buying more shortly as the large selection left me wanting more.

Hi Richard, Sorry that your order has not arrived yet. It looks like you placed the order on Saturday 19th. We dispatched this when we opened again on Monday 21st. You selected Royal Mail 2nd class for postage, which is 2-3days. Hopefully your items will be with you tomorrow, but I cannot guarantee this as Royal Mail starts strikes tomorrow. I am very sorry for this and hopefully they will be with you soon. David
