The best customer service I have ever had. Quick to help and resolve my issues!

I contacted customer service after my ozone machine stopped working after 2 years of use. They were very helpful in finding my problem, and after sending the info on the machine, they replaced it free of charge. Couldn't have asked for better service! 10 stars.

Airthereal customer service is excellent! After 2 months of using their 27kW tankless water heater, it just stopped heating water one day. I checked a few things and then called up support. They got back to me very quickly and had me test a few more things and send some pictures. Finally, before making me go through the trouble of replacing the whole unit, they sent me a video walking me through how to clean out the water flow sensor and that got me back up and running. Their customer service was prompt, respectful, and most of all, actually helpful.

I bought an ozone machine a few weeks ago. It appears that FedEx delivered it, but their unclever delivery to the front steps was outsmarted by a low-level porch pirate. I was left without an ozonator. I reached out to Airthereal, and they were kind enough to immediately ship a replacement. It arrived in a couple days and was successfully delivered, this time behind the fence (yay FedEx!).

The ozonator is very well-built, powerful and effective. Very happy.

It started with a search for a better water ozone generator. In form, function, and longevity, Airthereal has been miles beyond others in their range. Further still, the company itself needs some praise. Generous in promotions, attentive customer service, professionalism, and even follow through. I am so impressed! I have gladly made several referrals for the water ozone generator without any affiliation because I am a much satisfied customer and not afraid to tell others. The support staff at Airthereal was very responsive. They engaged with me on finding the best solution. Eventually it was decided they needed to replace the unit. They had a new one shipped to my house immediately. Great customer support. Highly recommend!

Amazing company I purchased a open box portable ozone generator and had a issue with a button and they reached out to me ,I sent them pictures of the defective button and they sent me another one, I love this company and their products, and of course they have great customer service

I really like the sound of the machine ADH70 is so low. It has night mode and I almost don't hear anything. I bought 3 to use in each bedroom. They gave me essential oil as a gift, and I appreciated it. Thanks for helping by email.

The products are quality and work well. I have multiple ozone generators including the WiFi ones and a portable one for car/fridge. Also the solar for water purification and one for ozonating water for cleaning things. They do well what they are supposed to do, but don’t expect a polished app or apple-level-user experience. However do expect reliability and robustness, that is why I’m giving 5 stars. Although the app needs to get fully translated from Chinese and some bugs cleaned up. The devices are still great at their basic functionality. I’m satisfied.

I have four APH260s. I had some problems with the digital displays and contacted Customer Service. Julie and Karen were so helpful. They answered all my questions, helped me troubleshoot, and ultimately sent me a new unit completely hassle-free. They were professional and even checked back with me to make sure things were going okay. Really good customer experience.

We all know "stuff happens " in business...my "situation" was handled PROMPTLY, CURTEOUSLY and to my full satisfaction! Very happy with the results

After receiving the air purifier I detected a noise with the fan when shutting off the unit. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the unit making the noise. After reviewing the unit they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this air purifier to my friends works very well. My wife has asthma and could tell the difference right away.
