Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I had an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience with FlightHub. Without my consent and with no proper notification, they changed my flight itinerary — significantly altering my plans. I never approved this change, yet they proceeded anyway.

When I contacted customer service, they were not only unhelpful but completely deflected all responsibility to the airline. FlightHub acted as though they had no role in the booking process whatsoever, which is both dishonest and misleading.

This is not just poor customer service — it’s borderline fraudulent. I’m now in the process of pursuing legal action due to the stress, inconvenience, and financial loss this caused.

Save yourself the headache.

Deserves Zero for their HORRIBLE…

Deserves Zero for their HORRIBLE customer service and price gouging. Stay away from this company as they charge you so many service fees for everything, simply a GREEDY company. Not worth all the problems. Also, they will IMMEDIATELY charge your credit card for these "so called convenience fees" (aka price gouging and greed) and take their sweet time to issue refunds as this is how they operate. AVOID!!

I would give negative stars if I could

I would give negative stars if I could. This is the most unethical and rudest company we have ever dealt with. We had a flight booked a couple months in advance for the holidays. When we were trying to check into our flight we found out that flight hub cancelled our return flight without notifying us and without refunding us. We then called them and they kept saying there is nothing they can do and they will escalate it and get back to us within 7 days. We called back to tell them we need this solved now since our flight was tomorrow and we cannot check in or board our flight without a return flight. The service rep just reply yelling at us and hung up on us and kept transferring us to customer service who is no longer available because he said he won’t help and just hung up.

We have been back and forth on the call for hours now and need to find a way to solve this issue by our flight boarding time with is in less than 12 hours. It’s been extremely frustrating and not sure why they would do something like this and not take responsibility for their actions of taking our money and canceling our flight. We booked business as well, and this is international flight for the holidays so it was not cheap.

Do not ever use flight hub they are the worst and a scam!

Charged for ticket and never got confirmation email

I was charged for a ticket and never received a confirmation email and did not write down the booking number. I've called three times now and the person is unable to help me. They first said they were sending me to customer service, because they were sales, but then sent me back to the main menu. They then told me to use the chat feature and this is apparently a robot, as it kept asking for a confirmation or booking number, which, as I said, I did not have.

DOT rules VIOLATION

I canceled my booking 2 hours after I made it, and according to DOT rules, I should have received a full refund. However, FlightHub charged me a $75 handling fee, and even after calling them several times, they still refused to refund that fee. I'll dispute the charge and never use their service again!

They are liars!!

They are liars!!! Be careful!
The airline cancelled and not me - but Flighthub didnt care.
they took 1000$ from me for nothing!!!
i payed extra to protect myself and finally Flighthub froads me for 1000$!!!!!

pls dont reserve from them , they destroyed my faith in agents.

FRAUD! Do not recommend

I purchased my ticket for $660 and after the amount was debited, I was charged a total amount of $820. I would like to know why since I did not make any extra purchases and did not request or agree to any other payment.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Called customer service after trying to 6 different non responsive numbers. Explaining that our layover was too short to pick up luggage and lock back in. The agent was very rude and asked if I am flying for the first time! Gave me a number to call that doesn't work. Never again!

SCAM

SCAM! They charged me $225 to change information on my flight and when we went to check in they never change anything. Then after my flight back they called to tell me they needed another $225 for the return flight but I was already home. The airline were the ones to help change the flight info at no extra cost they said I was scammed. These people would not return my money. Be weary of the positive reviews.

This is my first and last time I will…

This is my first and last time I will use FlightHub!! Customer service is unresponsive
They charge a ridiculous fee of $200.00 to make changes plus fare difference and they do not send you a confirmation only after I called a week later
There is no response via phone only text!!!
Never again!!!!!

I dont know who is giving them high rating, its one of the worst booking platform who scam showing low price and late cancel ticket and u end up getting least refund i have ever seen for any bookings yet and the customer service is even worst and not ready to understand any, NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM FOR BOOKING, DONT FALL FOR LOW PRICE SELL OUT, ITS A BIG SCAM where majority looses and few prbably get tickets as they have to linient towards the fligh bioking as well

Not poor customer service..NO Customer service

We booked a one way flight through them and everything looked okay until we went to check in. Non of the numbers given for confirmations worked. When we looked at flight number it was a different time. We could not get a hold of anyone! Even our daughter tried to call from Canada and also did not get a hold of anyone. We went directly to the airline who also did not have our info at first. Again daughter called airline from Canada and did get a hold of a helpful person who finally found us and sent us their own email with the correct confirmation number. We had to rebook our shuttle, pay a lot of baggage fees and the departure tax, so in the long run we didn't save the money we thought we did. In general poor customer service and not that good a deal. We have learned a valuable lesson and will do a lot more research when booking future flights, but never again with Flight Hub that's for sure.

They made me miss my flight

They made me miss my flight. And now they are not responding to calls or chat. I booked a 1700$ ticket. I wont suggest anyone to book flight from flighthub ever. Most important thing to check their cuatomer servjce is that Flighthub has no contact number to contact them after you book a ticket wuth them. They have a contact info only while they want to sale the ticket and once that sale is done a customer is on their own. So be very cautious if you book your ticket wjth flighthub basically you are risking all your ticket money. Because if any flight change happens, Airlines wont entertain you saying that the ticket is booked through agency and the agency has no contact number to guide they only have chat support which is unresponsive 99% of time. On the top of everything, flighhub only work during certain business hours and when your flight is scheduled at evening hours, you are sure to miss your flight.
Lastly it is worth to pay ~50$ more by booking directly with airlines because they address emergency queries but flighthub will not do it. So it is not a good idea to save ~50$ and risking the entire amout with flighthub.

This flight company are scammers and…

This flight company are scammers and the police should be made aware which is what I am going to do tomorrow . Please do not book your tickets from them . They took £1600 from my account and issued me a fake ticket . I ended up with no money to travel to see my sick mother until now .
I will report them to the ombudsman . They are big criminals and the UK government need to get them close down arrested and lock up in Jail .
This is not the way to make money by scamming people .
