No customer service available…

No customer service available whatsoever, this is even worse than providing rude services, as you can’t find a solution without Flight Hub being involved, since tickets were purchased from Flight Hub.

Unbelievably high charges even if cancellation was a result of the airliner’s modification that made the travel unattainable.

Awful company- avoid

My $400 flight was canceled due to covid and I was given a credit (of less than the cost of the flight) and paid a $50 cancelation fee. When I came to use the credit they demanded more money towards the flight, despite the flight price on the website costing less than my credit. I arrived at the airport to find my flights had not been booked, despite confirmation emails, etc. Had to pay $870 to fly that day. I'm outraged at their lack of empathy, they have no desire to reach a conclusion or refund me. Do not use, it is not worth your time, money or energy

Covid hasn't happened with FlightHub

I booked a flight with FlightHub to take and Air Canada flight from Calgary to Vancouver. Right after I booked it, British Columbia said travellers visiting for enjoyment may be fined over $500. I requested a refund through FlightHub and 2 months later and multiple phone calls, I finally received an email saying Air Canada rejected my request. However, FlighHub is taking no blame in this or protecting their customers. I cannot get a refund, credit or rebook. They've washed their hands and I will never be a customer of theirs again.

This is actually a zero-star review

Easily the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

When my flights were cancelled due to COVID I was told I would be given a credit for the total cost of the flights, the only stipulation being that I would have to rebook flights using the same carrier. I was told that I would be able to change the flight origin, destination and date with no issues. I was therefore fine with paying a $70 admin fee for the privilege.

I have attempted the redeem this credit on a number of occasions and have been pretty horrified by the results. It turns out I can't change the flight origin or destination. When I look for flights with the same origin/destination at a later date, I'm told I would have to pay the difference in ticket price which is apparently over $1000. Trying to contact Customer Service is a joke - I'm led through a myriad of confusing pages on their website and have still yet to receive the fabled 'call-back' from an actual human.

I've now resigned myself to the fact that the money I originally spent on flights with FlightHub is most definitely gone and the 'credit' they promised me is nothing more than a scam.

Save yourself a lot of money and anguish and avoid FlightHub at all costs.

Airline ticket

I bought a return ticket for my sister, from Vienna to Montreal. The flight was cancelled by Lufthansa due to Covid 19 ,because I bought the ticket trough Flight Hub I cannot get a refund just credit which is expiring at the end of January 2021.I just spend time to try to get in touch with somebody at the Flight Hub, but it is impossible to get to them. They are very keen to take your money to buy a ticket ,but to help you ,not a chance. Never again I will buy a ticket from them.

Horrible experience

Worst travel agency in the world, period. This is a scamming agency that should be taken to court in a class action suit. Buy tickets through them, and you are screwed.

Repeatedly dishonest

Repeatedly dishonest. Consistently did not follow through with promises... Eg., did not call back when they said they would, gave excuses about how it's not their job to confirm cancellations, passed the problem off as not their responsibility when it was them I paid, refused to check KLM's notes affirming refund authorization on the booking platform, rude tone of voice like I was an inconvenient pest, etc. Does not care about customers at all or what they need. I got the biggest run around of my life and no resolution after months of consistent calls and emails over an airline cancelled flight and still no refund.

Worst ticketing agency ever!!!!

Worst ticketing agency ever!!!!! don't use them. They don't have a supervisor to even talk to if something goes wrong. Poor customer service... All they want is your money then they leave you hanging. My family had a vacation planned and showed up to fly out and was told the flight had been canceled prior to even my purchase date. They then wanted to book me on the next flight and charge me an additional $366 for each passenger. Thanks Flight Hub for disappointing my whole family and ruining our vacation plans.

Very frustrated with Flight Hub

Very frustrated with Flight Hub. Had to cancel flights due to CoVid. First the airline said it would credit. Then they said no, Flight Hub, has to credit. Had an excellent conversation with Flight Hub. They offered credit and charged a $35/ticket admin fee for each ticket. Fine.

I guess that went too well. They recently advised that we have to go back to the airline, who tells us to go to Flight Hub.

EXCEPT....I can’t contact Flight Hub because for every FH number I have I get a message saying I’ve been ‘blacklisted’. Strange. I’ve had nothing but extremely positive interactions with them until now.

Done with them. (Though still working on getting a credit or $$$)!!!

Unprofessional way of handling the…

Unprofessional way of handling the CODVID-19 situation. Flight Hub is a corporate that runs by greed. I booked 3 tickets to Washington to attend my cousin wedding. Because of the flights cancelation I tried to request a refund. They declined my request. They gave me a voucher to use within 6 months only, not even a credit. Meaning that the voucher should be used before Dec 20 to the same destination for the same people! ALSO, Flight Hub deducted $75 as an administration fee. My advice for all my friends, do not use Flight Hub services.

Refuse refund after they cancelled the flight

I would give 0 stars if I could. My flight was cancelled out of my control, by them and they refuse to give me a refund. Additionally, all the agents I speak to are very disrespectful and give a huge amount of attitude and some have even hung up on me. Book with the airline directly. Avoid flight hub at all costs.

Booked 2 tickets to the Caribbean for…

Booked 2 tickets to the Caribbean for August travel. Due to current COVID travel restrictions I called and asked for a refund because I bought travel protection for $39.98. I was told the protection was only valid for 12hours. SCAM!!!
Now they will only credit me for travel until Jan 16th, 2021 even though my ticket is dated Aug 1st. which means I have to rebook and travel by the end of this year. The rebook should be from August 2020 to August 2021. This is a huge scam and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Will NEVER buy from Flighthub again. Ashamed to tell my friends you are Canadian company
