Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my experience using Airwallet. On multiple occasions, the money was withdrawn from my card, but the payment was not processed and I couldn’t use the service.
It is very frustrating and unacceptable to see money being taken while the transaction simply “doesn’t go through.” A payment app should be reliable and secure, not a source of stress and uncertainty.

Usually, this is something we can provide; however, sometimes we are not allowed to give direct contact information for the maintenance team, depending on who they are. Generally, if there is a problem with the performance of the machines, you can reach out to the landlord of the location.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean about the $10.00. I know that if you don’t change the refill amount in the Airwallet app, the default refill amount is set to $10.00 for your first transaction. If you didn’t notice this, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to issue a refund for any remaining balance.

Disappointed

I called the customer service regarding a problem and they said they'd call back within 5 minutes. They never called back!

The app's not working and I'm running out of clean clothes as the machine had been under maintenance for a long time.

Great customer service & laundry service

The connection got lost between payment and drying machine in Oranmore Laundry, and upon calling customer service I got through to a Danish fella(who's name I forgot to ask sorry :) ) who helped instantly and effortlessly. Definitely recommend both laundry service and customer service. :)
