They dumped the delivery at the Drive and took few pics and said they can't take it inside and left

Absolutely appalling with AIT delivery…
Absolutely appalling with AIT delivery and customer services are no good atall mattress got sent to wrong depot and never got updated, emailed them for them to say I had to wait another 4days when it's there fault of own, would of even known that if I didn't contact them myself it's ridiculous. Nothing to say oh we will give you abit of discount or something for the inconvenience jist I have to wait no fault of anyone. Yes it is when you sent to wrong depot in first place. REALLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND!

Outstanding delivery service
First time they delivered and it was very different. Emails updating whilst in transit, then a phone call to say the parcel will be delivered in 1 hour and 45 minutes, nor would I have held them to it because traffic is unpredictable. Almost to the the minute, two delightful gentlemen appear and carefully placed it down where asked to. Not used to this outstanding service. Thank you!

I had 7 radiators delivered by this…
I had 7 radiators delivered by this company. The lead guy was polite, and seemed helpful until he disappeared and his two colleagues took over the heavy lifting. And I mean heavy! I had cleared a space in my garage for the radiators to be stacked, pointed out where I wanted them and left them to it for 15 mins... I'm not sure of they lacked spatial awareness, common sense, tactility, or some other quality that would have enabled these HEAVY radiators to be stacked neatly against the wall, but they were literally just dumped. Tape on boxes torn as they'd used it as a way of carrying the box.. Boxes had burst from being mis-handled, etc. I did ask for them to be stacked, but at this point it seemed I was too late. Off they went in the van. Not brilliant. I am in the midst of a major renovation project and 75kg wringing wet, so moving the whole lot was not something I looked forward to. I had to though as the blasted things were in the way. Guess what? I used a sack truck to shift them, it took 30 mins. On my own. Not a pro delivery person. Not ideal.
