Firstly I didn't choose your service
Firstly I didn't choose your service. Secondly gave me a 2-hour window and couldn't even stick to that! Thirdly, whilst trying to have a life outside of waiting by the door for my delivery (waiting by the door - sure couriers think customers do this with the amount of time they wait!) was interrupted not once but 3 times by this company's phone calls.
