Ordered a bed and mattress 3 months ago bed frame was delivered after 3 months, still waiting for the mattress.
When I call them, the person on the phone told me the mattress is going through quality checks, as if the company is producing only one for me.
If I knew the bed was going to be delivered in flatpack boxes and I'm going to have to build from scratch, IKEA could have been a much cheaper and better choice. Cowboy company

The delivery guys kept me upto date with delivery and when my new mattress would arrive. The guys brought my new mattress up to my top flat and brought it into my flat. The guys were very helpful, friendly and polite. Iam very happy with my new mattress thank you so much
