Excellent communication
I was notified the date and approximate time my item would arrive. I had various reminders leading up to the actual delivery date. I could track the delivery van on a map and I knew what number stop they were at and what number stop I was. I then got a phone call to let me know that they were an hour away from delivery which was very accurate. My husband greeted them when they arrived and they were very polite. I would definitely recommend this company for delivery for their excellent communication. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting customer service…
Absolutely disgusting customer service and just service in general. Item was meant to be delivered 8 days ago, everyday it has been pushed to the following day. Contacted AIT they admitted they couldnt find it in their warehouse after having a txt at 11 saying it would be delivered by 11 to then saying there was a loading issue, the woman at the depot in truro who we’ve spoke to on two occasions now about this delivery is incredibly rude and arrogant, not helpful at all, almost as if she just couldn't be bothered. We paid for next day delivery and still haven't received it 8 days later. Would Avoid this company at all costs, they are incompetent, rude and obviously inept at their jobs.

Please do not use this company, they lie! I'd ordered a mattress which they said it would be delivered today they gave me a time for delivery, then a couple of hours before they messaged and said there was a delay, there was a delay because they sent it to the wrong depot in the wrong part of the country which I didn't find out until I rang the sender company. My son is now left with no mattress to sleep on and no delivery date. No customer service avoid avoid avoid!

This is my second complaint about this…
This is my second complaint about this company. I ordered a mattress from Dunelm and it was due to be delivered between 10:59-14-59 5minutes before delivery window I received a message to say they had a loading issue and I would receive an update within 24hrs. I have taken the day off work and have arranged for my old mattress to be uplifted. Customer service were of no help and said they would alert me on updates.
2yrs ago i ordered the same mattress for my elderly mother who lives in a retirement property. The delivery men refused to take the mattress up a flight of stairs and they were angry they could not use the lift ( not allowed due to rules in the property) they were swearing and eventually left the mattress lying in the foyer. I had to ask a painter and decorator working in the building to help me up the stairs with it.
I was reluctant to purchase anything that needed delivery but thought i had just been unfortunate.. how wrong was I !!
The worst company i have ever dealt with and was forced to give them 1 star or i would not have been able to leave this review.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I had notified company when booking that there were 2 steps from street and booked a door removal service. When delivery arrived they were obstructive, reluctant, slow and incompetent. They didn’t even come equipped with a screwdriver or steps to remove doors so had to borrow mine.
