Rude and intimidating
3 men of a Indian nationality being rude abrupt and intimidating to a female home alone … very over powering and forceful with the way they spoke to me and dealt with the delivery. Making out it was my issue the package was heavy but it even said it was a 3 man delivery.

Really impressed with AIT Home…
Really impressed with AIT Home Delivery. They were actually the merchant’s choice rather than mine, but they absolutely delivered . Literally.
The delivery arrived on time, the tracking/app was genuinely useful, and for a large, ridiculously heavy parcel, having two guys turn up made all the difference. They brought it in, moved it exactly where I wanted it and handled the whole thing properly without any fuss.
If I have another large or heavy delivery, I’d happily choose AIT myself. Great service.

Excellent communications, and ability on day of delivery to track where the delivery van was. As specified, the driver phoned 30 mins ahead of time. So everything went exactly as the instructions indicated.
