Excellent communication from the moment I ordered to the time of delivery. I had to add delivery instructions as we were not at home and the driver had read them and followed them perfectly.

The delivery was as planned
The delivery was as planned, unfortunately, the two delivery guys refused to take my mattress upstairs and into the bedroom as planned because they said it wouldn’t go around the bend at the top of the stairs? Saying they would have to bend the mattress to get it up. What a load of nonsense! I had to get it up on my own when I got home from work, I’m 61 and did it without bending it. Absolute jobs worths!!
