The communication prior to delivery was really good. I received emails and text messages, then the delivery driver called me 30mins before he arrived.
The delivery was on time and the driver was very polite, professional and efficient. He delivered the new mattress and took away the old one. We were impressed by the whole experience.

Excellent delivery. On time, professional. The night before the delivery I contacted the company on WhatsApp to ask for a delivery window and they replied straight away even though late. Everything perfect.

Very poor
Although the tracking function was useful, our experience overall was very poor. We had ordered garden furniture, with the promise of delivery "to our garden". On arrival, the 2 man delivery team at first tried to dump the large heavy boxes outside our front door. When asked to take them round to the back of the house, we were met with a sullen, grudging, monosyllabic response. The boxes were then moved, and the 2 men rushed back to their van and drove off. When I looked at the boxes, one was quite damaged, completely crumpled and ripped on one corner. Fortunately, the contents were intact, but the state of the packaging clearly shows the lack of care.
