Arrived on time , great delivery lads👍

They couldn’t speak a word of English so was not abler to communicate

the delivery & info relating was very good. However there is a problem with the item of furniture but I don't think that has anything to do with the delivery or the carriage process.

On time great tracking system with map kept me informed all the way to my delivery what more can I say super service 👍👍

Rubbish.Late and didn,t unpack tv for inspection as advise by Sky & Currys.The delivery van was white ,thisdirty & rusty, unlike the picture on the tracker page .This was an awful and up setting experience having spent so much money on the product.

Friendly and professional. They removed the item and delivered the new item promptly.

2 very polite young men checked contents to make sure it was the right scooter very efficient ty so.much this is my 3rd mobility scooter from yourselves also have a rollator from you am considering buying another as they have changed so much

On my first booked delivery of my Samsung fridge/freezer Fri 18/09/26 there was a short drizzle shower and delivery guys (white van - no logos or uniforms) refused to unpack and deliver. Complained to Samsung, Samsung said should have been delivered. Drove off with my new fridge/freezer, did not collect my old one. Rebooked for Sun 20/09/26 only to be told timeslot offered in error - next offered a Monday slot with best endeavours. My food has gone off, my kitchen has been in chaos for days, old fridge/freezer in the way in the kitchen. Have lost track of how many phone calls, emails, and online chats with Samsung and AITHD, how much stress.. last chap spoke to appeared to be helpful, but still have to wait and see - Samsung and AITHD have really really let me down, and have cost me money, time and so much trouble - deal with AITHD carefully as my experience has been terrible

they called me to update me when they arrived, when they were dropping the package, and where and with whom. good stuff

The delivery staff were very polite, and handled the packages carefully which redeemed the delay! The company van was faulty on the day and as I hadn’t received an update, I made a chatbot enquiry to which the admin team responded by email, and not on the chatbot.

Two men delivered a Tempur mattress to a client who is disabled. The Tempur mattress if very very heavy and they were going to leave it OUTSIDE her front door. She asked them to take it in and after a few heavy sighs from them they took it in to her hall. She still has not got it on her bed because she is unable to do this and will have to wait for family to visit before she can use the mattress. Not a good service in this instance i am afraid

The delivery lads were excellent they even arrived 5 minutes earlier that the allocated time ! Very helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble.
They are a valuable asset to you, they work hard, it is difficult to find trusted and reliable staff so keep hold of them!

They kept me fully informed of the day and the two-hour delivery window. They called about an hour before arrival, and you could track their journey to us.
The guys were polite and efficient; I would recommend them.
As we were having two items delivered, we received two emails and texts, which is a little confusing and also a PIN for each item to be given to the delivery guys to confirm delivery.

Really friendly delivery drivers, gave me a 2 hour time slot. Put the parcel in the house for me as it was quite heavy. All round great delivery experience. Would 100% recommend
