Terrible service
I was told by Hisense that my television would take 7-10 days after it was collected by you. You did not inform me that you would keep it in your depot for 14 days which is ridiculous when people are waiting for there items to be repaired.
I have also tried to look at the tracking, one email says it’s been collected which is of no use to me and the other says it’s been cancelled when clearly not if you picked it up from me. Extremely poor service.

Subject: Feedback regarding poor customer service & incorrect delivery status
I am writing to share my disappointing experience when contacting customer service about my recent delivery. I was trying to get an update on when my package would arrive, but unfortunately the person I spoke to was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful.
The delivery was marked as 'attempted — recipient not at home' but I was home all day. My security camera confirms no one called at my address. When I tried to explain this, instead of looking into it, the representative made excuses for the driver, acted as though it was my fault, and spoke to me in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. I felt I wasn't being listened to at all.
I expect better service and would appreciate someone looking into this delivery issue properly, rather than being dismissed when I have clear evidence. I hope this feedback is taken on board.

Arrived late but we were kept informed throughout
TV delivered in perfect condition. The van was delayed en route and it was 9.30 pm by the time it arrived. Our delivery slot was 5pm to 7pm but we were kept informed via text and the tracker, They found our house in the dark (no street lights here) and were cheerful despite having been on the road for 12 hours.

I received very regular updates, by both email and text, which was great. The chairs were delivered carefully, with no damage to them and the courier was polite and friendly. He also found us with no problems, which isn’t always the case with couriers so a definite plus point!
