Much confusion in finding our address
Much confusion in finding our address. They Did not use what 3 words. Had trouble understanding accent of driver.
Took us half an hour to find them, resulted in me running around the area trying to find them!!
Tracking app was useless. Kept jumping from one area to another !

Ta, ever so.
My only "issue" was that the van arrived 2 hours BEFORE the time slot! That's not a complaint and we did get a call ahead to alert us but we had to scurry a bit.
Apart from that, all was calm, effective and efficient.
