Initially I was given a specific day for delivery this was updated the evening before to a two hour slot, the progress of the delivery was easy to follow on the map provided. The delivery team were both friendly and professional.

Very polite. Arrived within allocated time slot and placed goods where requested.

Only partially delivered my items after initially saying they wouldn’t come at all. Poor communication. Then driver stated something about van’s being changed and promised other item would be delivered later in day. It didn’t. And then when i checked they had said that both items had been delivered.not good enough.

Efficient delivery with great timely communications

If there was an option I would have given zero stars. The first delivery of my sky TV was a shambles . The wrong customers TV was delivered. Eventually the driver came back with the correct TV. However once unpackaged the screen was smashed. AIT appear to sub contact some of the deliveries to a “man with a van” set up. It’s no surprise the TV was damaged looking at the state of the delivery van and the second hand goods badly stored within. The driver was rude, unprofessional and had no consideration for my property. Which included leaving the van in the lane completely blocking it despite a drive way being available. When the replacement TV was delivered the same thing happened- rude, unprofessional driver who pitched up in shoddy van, again left this in the lane completely blocking it, as it is a single lane. I had to argue with him to put it on the drive. When I said I would not accept the TV until I had an opportunity to check it (which is my entitlement) he became rude and agitated. His mood only softened when my husband walked through the door. The TV was all ok and off the driver went grumbling under his breath. They were on time though !

They contacted me to say they were 20 minutes away, and they parked right outside mine and dropped my machine off inside my house. Very happy with the delivery.

Two very helpful guys, great service

The driver called ahead of the delivery within the scheduled time. They carried the very heavy package into the garage where the unit was being assembled. Great service.

The staff who made the delivery were polite and courteous however the package was damaged as was the contents. This will have to be returned and this causing problems as Amazon are unable to arrange a convenient date for collection.

No attempt to ring the bell or knock on the door was made, and the rotary drier was just left outside.
We were both indoors when the delivery was made and one of us would have heard.
Paperwork states that the item was signed for by me, and this certainly did not take place.

Very efficient communication- emails to advise delivery slot then telephone call one hour beforehand. Cheerful and helpful

They didn't listen to advice on how to find out property and drive incredibly fast up a residential road right past my house.
Drivers were polite and ok but not the most friendly.
