We were kept informed every step of the way with this delivery, even tracking information, so we could track where the van was, had a phone call from the drivers to say they would be with us shortly, when they arrived, they were very happy go lucky, nothing was to much trouble, good to know that customer service isn’t dead, these two chaps seem to love the job they do

They did deliver on time - yes
They did deliver on time, but our slot was threes in the waiting. The constant emails and texts ‘updating’ us on the delivery were really annoying as nothing had changed but I must have had over 15 notifications telling me nothing. Turn it down a bit please

Delivery was perfect and prompt. Questions could have being asked at the purchasing stage about the fitting.
As the TV was going on a dry lined wall with block work behind the plasterboard, they declined to install the TV as the TV was 77”. So I had to buy a different bracket and better fixing to bridge the gap. I ended up fitting the tv myself.

The guys were really great
The guys were really great, very helpful, pleasant and really efficient. They offered to help unpack and noticed the damage. They reported it back to their depot who told me to phone samsung to report the damage. It was all done very quickly and I was really impressed by the service I received - both delivery guys and girl on phone call.
