Terrible delivery service
Arrived with half of my sofa. Said that the other half wouldn't fit in the van. The men delivering this first half were rude and didnt seem to want to help sort the issue, said that it wouldn't fit in the van because they had too many other deliveries (not my problem). I had it scheduled for the Wednesday, I had taken time from work to make sure I was in. They said they would have to come back the next day with the rest. They promised me a delivery time for before 9am when the company I had purchased the sofa through contacted them. They text the night before at 10.30pm saying they wouldn't be there till 11-1. This left me losing income as I had to take emergency leave from work. Terrible service.

Excellent service. Fast Delivery. Kept up to date with progress of delivery. The night before given a 2 hour slot then the driver ringing on the day to let us know he was 20 minutes away, a friendly professional driver. 10/10.

Everything you’d want from a delivery company. On time and helpful drivers
Delivered on time and with a phone call to advise we were the next delivery.
The item we ordered was too heavy for us to lift but when we asked without hesitation the delivery driver carried it through into the kitchen despite the somewhat awkward access .
