✅ Delivery was ok- it was on time and they gave me a call to check I was home.
❌tried ti deliver the wrong item to me, I told them I didn’t order a tv or sky glass that they were presenting me with and they were insistent that was my order. They then showed me someone’s name, address, contact information and order to confirm if that was me or not. I’m a female and the person who’s information them shared with me was male.
Then had an issue as they couldn’t load the item back onto the van as they’d already marked it as delivered.
Eventually got my item, but then had missing parts. I either had to have the whole thing collected and refunded or put up with the missing parts

10pm the night before is too late to…
10pm the night before is too late to receive a msg telling me when item will arrive next morning.
And then to arrive 2 hrs earlier than organised timeslot. Whats the point in a system that doesnt work. It was difficult to get someone at short notice to be there.

The 2 people of the three took the box and all the instructions ,when the other one was trying to put my details on the TV , they were going around in my flat and disappears. The one left was not well so he left without fixing what they promised in Selfridges, where i bought it. Very strange situation and sad!
