Kept upto date with all delivery details from the day we ordered to actually being delivered . Both via sms text and email
Received a 4 hour delivery window evening before
Very easy to track, and on day showed van positioning and drop off numbers.
Delivery driver phoned beforehand to give a approx arrival time, and arrived within that time
Happy, clean, pleasant delivery man. Put item inside house, as had requested.

Great service
Great service. Fully informed throughout, very friendly team, my delivery was large and heavy and the two guys carried into the house and placed where we asked. Highly recommend this company.

The 2 Romanian guys who delivered my…dressing table.
The 2 Romanian guys who delivered my dressing table were so kind and helpful.
They unpacked it and took away the packaging ( they didn't have to do this)
They did this with great care and attention to the surrounding areas.
Very polite and professional.

Delivery arrived 3 hours after the…
Delivery arrived 3 hours after the scheduled time. No phone call to advise window was not going to be met. Driver called 30 minutes before delivery which is fair. They were very careful protecting walls/doors frames inside the house. Disappointing part is that the 100kg plus parcel was left on Artifical grass when patio was clear - artificial grass left flattened in one area.
