Update to my previous review. The saga continues
So in an update to my previous review, the saga continues. 2nd delivery attempt due today. Received my time slot last night. All good. This morning delivery is again cancelled with the same loading error reason. Spoke to another customer service agent who told me that the last time the warehouse had scanned my item was on the 19th July and nothing since then. I said so you don’t know where my sofa is? She said that she was contacting the warehouse to ascertain where it was located. I said, so you’ve lost my sofa? She hesitated then replied yes. You could not make this up. Shocking. How do you lose a 3 seater sofa? Unbelievable. This company is an absolute joke. Now I’m just expected to wait till they find it.

Great delivery and updates!
We were kept up to date on dates and times of the delivery, with a 2 hour slot. We then received calls from the driver to inform us the delivery would be in 60 mins and then an update with a 30 min expected delivery time. Overall, the service and delivery was spot on, delivered on the expected date and time provided by the driver.

Item delivered 30mins early but extremely easy to track & delivery men informed me 1hr prior to drop off . Item delivered in perfect condition & placed exactly where I wanted it by a friendly & cheerful pair of men . Service could not be better. First class.
