Great service. Communication to advise of expected arrival time was good. The guys called to say they were on their way as expected. Very friendly staff when they arrived and put my goods in the rooms I needed them too.

Item was dumped at front door that is wide open to general public. Stated I signed for it and left in hallway, well no one was at home so falsifying details. Phoned with a delivery time but must have so called delivered a lot earlier, as sent to me by text when it was delivered, at least half an hour before slot given. Thought parcel had been stolen as nothing was left anywhere. Fortunately a neighbour saw it and took it in. Atrocious delivery service
