Aggressive, discriminatory bullying & HARSSMENT, followed by insults & rude gestures!
An aggressive bully came with this parcel. He failed to read the ESSENTIAL instructions I had taken the time and trouble to write and also IGNORED the large, impossible to miss A4 size Reasonable Adjustment Requirements Notice at EYE LEVEL within centimetres of the much smaller doorbell he managed to locate!
He rang the bell then AGGRESSIVELY HAMMERED on mine & my next door neighbours door, then immediately and impatiently rang the doorbell again a few seconds later, trying to BULLY a vulnerable disabled person to get to the door faster than their disabilities allow!
He had an aggressive, impatient, uncaring, anti-social, discriminatory attitude and when challenged about the damaging discrimination and harassment he had inflicted upon me, he COULD NOT CARE LESS and was rude, then insulting!
He made a rude hand movement over his shoulder as he walked away (a simulated masturbation gesture) and when I called out that I had seen that he grinned and made derisory noise! CLEARLY he had wanted me to see the gesture and hoped it would upset me even more than he had already, which succeeded as I went back indoors shaking with anxiety, started crying uncontrollably, then vomited with the fear & nausea this nasty individual had directly caused, and finally suffered a major panic attack shortly afterwards that DESTROYED the rest of my day and triggered nightmares and lost sleep overnight!
This man is an absolute danger to the health & wellbeing of vulnerable disabled people and has no place as a delivery driver for ANY UK courier company!!!!!

Arrived earlier than agreed due to a "last minute cancellation" - not impressed!
When at the premises conducted themselves professionally and efficiently - impressed.
After they left, discovered the light fitting in the bedroom was bent and a light bulb blown but they didn't fess up to it - very unimpressed!

Bed delivered when they said it would…
Bed delivered when they said it would be, no delays. Kept up to date with the delivery process and communication was very good. When the lads delivered the bed they were very helpful and considerate and were even careful not to risk dirtying our new carpet with their shoes. Very grateful they took the bed upstairs as no way we could have managed it.
