Moving SIPP into flexible drawdown
I moved my SIPP into flexible drawdown, accessing tax free cash. The process was seamless, all conducted via my on-line account. It took about 1 week from me initiating the process until the cash arrived in my bank. My remaining investments remained accessible throughout. Communication from AJ Bell was mostly clear and timely. There was a few day gap, without communication, when my cash withdrawal had been removed from my AJ Bell account but had not yet appeared in my bank.

Really great phone helpline if, like me, you are a fiscal Muggle: I was quickly put through to people who could assist, and they were knowledgeable, clear and patient. Website is OK but could be improved with clear titles and information, not acronyms.

Have used A.J. Bell for many years.
Have used A.J. Bell for many years. They are quick to answer any queries you may have by phone or using the chat option on their site. Wish they would offer the ability to have trailing stop losses on my I.S.A. Share holdings. Hargreaves Landsdown also do not offer trailing stop losses.

Tricky IT problem on my account solved swiftly
My laptop developed an awkward problem which meant I couldn't log in to my account. Customer services man Owen was extremely patent and methodical, demonstrating great lateral thinking. I'm now logged in and about to get a new laptop!!!
