I have been working with AJ since July 2021 and I feel supported by my manager and she places value on my contribution on how to improve work processes

As part of the recruitment process of trying to become a support worker, I had an interview with one of the recruitment team members at AJ Recruitment and it was an amazing experience. I discovered they are very keen on the values their workers possess and are only looking to employ workers with amazing personalities and good values. I can tell that any service user would absolutely love their service.

My experience with AJ have been nothing short of extraordinary.
They set high level of expectation from their workers which is geared towards giving customer satisfaction.
AJ have IT base service from shift selection to time sheet which has indeed make it convenient for me.
Their level of hospitality and customer service and not forgetting their response time even outside office hour is amazing.
AJ is the best.
