This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever had.
I paid for home delivery and never received my parcel.
On three separate occasions, GLS updated the tracking information claiming that a delivery had been attempted but that I was not at home. This was completely false. I was at home every single time and did not receive a single phone call, text message, or notification from the courier. My phone records confirm that there were no missed calls.
I contacted GLS several times, asking them to investigate the issue and provide proof that the courier had actually visited my address, such as GPS tracking or delivery records. My complaints were ignored, and I received no meaningful response.
The situation became even worse when the parcel was finally marked as “Delivered”, even though I never received it. I checked my property thoroughly and confirmed that nobody in my household accepted the parcel.
The most disappointing part is not only the missing parcel but the complete lack of customer service. There was no proper investigation, no explanation, no evidence of delivery, and not even a sincere apology. I was simply ignored despite multiple complaints.
As a customer, I expected honesty, accountability, and support. Instead, I was provided with false tracking updates and left without my parcel.
I would never choose GLS again and cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Always an efficient service from GLS. Ger the delivery driver in my area is always very reliable and arrives at the same time for all deliveries. He is friendly, polite, helpful and reliable.
As always, the parcel was delivered as expected. There were no problems whatsoever with this delivery.
Would prefer if the delivery person rang my bell to let me know they're there with my parcel. They dropped it at front door and left, but I was at home!
Very hit and miss. I've had deliveries sit in a depot for over a week not delivered. Also I've gotten notifications that a parcel is out for delivery, then later in the day that they couldn't deliver, even though I was at home all day.
DPD can predict the exact hour they will deliver, why can't GLS?

Parcel arrived safe and sound as always.
Only received an update on my order the day before delivery dispute ordering a week ago. Also I never get a time period for delivery just it will be delivered during the day, very hard to organise a day on no details.
Delivery driver complained of weight of delivery (20kg) and gave out to me saying I should've got them to split the order in multiple boxes. The website I order my dogs food from does not give that option none the less very rude and ignorant, and the second box was thrown into my porch I seen it from the inside door luckily enough it wasn't anything that could break.
The usual delivery driver has no issue and is lovely but today it was a new driver and very bad experience was had. Luckily enough I was there to deal with this today as normally it is my elderly mother in future I will be paying extra for DPD or another delivery service
