Very upfront and willing to assist whenever I need assistance and quick to respond to any enquiry I have. Also doing all necessary to make sure I am doing okay at my job and constant follow ups. This has been really awesome.

During my telephonic conversation with Hannah a while ago, she made me aware that I was under her supervision going forward, our conversation went well and we talked about issues ranging from shift allotment and my personal issues. Hi I'm Emma, I have been with AJ Recruitment for just under three years. In this time I've had the pleasure of working in some amazing homes, and had the opportunity to travel to some lovely places.(Work that doesn't feel like work) Is allways a blessing and meeting some of the clients that will brighten your days.

I was a previous employee at AJ and had an amazing time working alongside some very nice and helpful people. I have over 4 years in care and support background and the full team especially Jess Whyte & Billy Fielding (one of the service and shift coordinators) always got me the shifts I needed that allowed me to spend time with family but also keep the lights on! Had a good time with the PWS in Harrogate, Leeds & York. Met so many nice people while working with them and really formed some good long term relationships aswell, would definitely recommend working with them! I have now finished Temp-To-Perm so no longer need agency work sadly but was a good time while it lasted!

Professional approach to work and all the processes.Great professional guidance by staff especially Billy Fielding, he has been there for me all the time. His patience and persistence enabled me to develop as a Support worker in a big way. Being time conscious and taking full responsibility for all mishaps/delays during the process. Great concern about individuals welfare on and off the field. Supporting and giving assurance to individuals when things seem not going well. Constant feedback, advice and encouragement gives an individual confidence in service delivery. Very flexible but professional. Regular courtesy calls from Billy Fielding and Olivia give an individual a sense of belonging and the urge to do more. I wouldn't ask for anything, thank you.
