My recruitment experience has been very awesome, right from the submission of application form down to the interview stage to the present stage of the application. Wonderful team making everything looks very simple. Bethany handled my own recruitment and she's wonderful, very very approachable. I'm ready to share my experience with others. It's a great organisation to work with.

I felt that this agency was very inclusive, friendly and approachable. The line managers were always happy to help in any way that they could and tried their best to fit the services to my location. They were also very understanding with any issues with shifts.

I phone Aj at 10am this morning and spoke to Ben Watkins. I gave him several shifts to Cover over the next month, this weekend being the most important one. By 3pm he had them all covered. Much to my relief.

My experience during my virtual interview was excellent, All the questions are relevant to the position, It was a comprehensive interview though precise or concise but with the allocated time which was well managed, I believe the purpose was greatly achieved.
However, based on the questions and the responses the interviewer should be able to take appropriate decision concerning the applicant without much ado.

Ben is a great recruitment agent. Easy to talk to and an effective communicator. If ever we have any issues, these are usually quickly dealt with in a professional manner.

I would definitely recommend AJ recruitment. They really demonstrated to me that everyone has a duty of care (calling me from time to time to know if I got a train, picking me up from the bus station, making sure am comfortable during my training, and dropping me off at the train station after the training), They responded to my application really quickly and kept me informed at every level of the procedure.
