Absolutely awful service and company
Absolutely awful service. Booked a car with 1 hours notice today to go to kings cross as had a train to catch. The car never turned up despite repeated callings to them and they hung up on me several times. Have used them in the past and they are always late but this is an utter disgrace. Meant we missed the train and had to book a new ticket. Utter joke of a company.

Worst service ever. Ordered cab 2 days prior and missed my FLIGHT.
Ordered a cab for pickup 2 days in advance of a flight.
Cab came 40 minutes late and caused me to miss my flight.
How a company sends out cabs destined for the airport almost a hour late? I will never know.
Clear to see why you should use Uber and pay 10£ extra to make your flights.
