Honoring the warranty

We remodeled our kitchen and installed the Akicon faucet, coppery and high. In the 2nd year of daily use the sprayer head developed an errant water stream, like a leak when in use. One call to Akicon customer service, supplying some basic information to establish warranty status and send a short video, and a replacement was on its way. It arrived today and works perfectly. Thank you, Akicon, for a beautiful faucet and for excellent customer service.
