Quick delivery etc....unfortunately when we opened one packet few days later, there was a good half inch hole on one finger, a simple production matter , machine missed it. Dropped AK a quick email and pics, reply less than 24hrs, replacement dispatched, no quibble. Thank you very much, great service.
Terrible customer service. Contacted them in regards to a pair of gloves I ordered. They are past the delivery date and when I checked the tracking number it shows collected from shipper but no more information. I tried brining this issue up with them, but they keep saying to wait. It has been 10 days with no update on tracking. How long do they expect you to wait? Don’t order from them as if you do have a problem they won’t resolve it.
I am still waiting for a refund after returning my items over 2 weeks ago.
My experience with these people has been absolutely terrible.

I needed new riding gloves as my yard gloves are too thick to ride in and these are perfect. The sizing is accurate and the quality is good especially for the low price. They give great grip on the reins and feel like they’ll last a good while. Definitely recommend.
