Great range of florals to choose from

Great range of florals to choose from. My flowers were of good quality and shipped promptly. This was my 3rd time purchasing and twice now my box of flowers have arrived with the boxes damaged, squashed and open slightly due to being damaged. Thankfully the contents have been okay on unpacking.

Amazing service and prices!

I accidentally selected local pickup instead of delivery on my recent order. I called and asked for delivery instead. They were so helpful! They sent a invoice for the cost of delivery within the hour. Once paid it was posted with tracking soon after. Exceptional service and will be making more purchases soon! Thank you!

Super quick delivery

Due to the lack of specifications on the website, such as height and width, I felt this was a risky purchase. However, when received, I was relieved to find them as I hoped. Items were dispatched and received very quickly, in excellent condition.

Hi Jade, we apologise for the delay and inconvenience.

Your order was placed on Sunday, 23rd April and was shipped on the very next business day. After a total of 9 working days, on May 8th, the package was delivered.
It definitely wasn't as fast as we would have liked, however deliveries to regional areas usually take more than 7 working days. We would have been able to help and escalate this issue with courier company in regards to the delivery, however we weren't aware of this issue and the first we heard of it was through this review. In the future, we very kindly recommend getting in touch with us to discuss your worries as we were unaware of the delay and can give find out more about the parcel with the courier company. We try our very best to ensure you get your lovely flowers as soon as possible.

According to our courier company, the flowers should have been delivered today. Please let us know in case you still haven't received the parcel and we can take it up further with the courier company.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, as we would like you to have the best experience possible from our end.
