not get the problem solved and ignorance of a customer

I needed a “kloak mand” urgently and I have contacted Akutkloakservice.

The “kloak mand” arrived as agreed - the day after. He has called me, but I wasn’t home. I have explained him the problem and navigated him around the house. I have ask him to call me if anything/ information is needed or anyways to call me after he has solved the issue.

He did not contacted me back and when I went home I saw the the problem is not solved. I have tried to call him back, but unsuccessfully. Then I contacted the customer service and they needed to figure out what is the status of the case and promised to call me back, but nothings. The problem got even worst and I have contacted other company. Just very disappointing especially when you are called - emergency service

CHECK PRICES BEFORE BOOKING.
For some reason akut kloakservice charge around double the normal going rate for such work. BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING.

Our invoice was extremely pricey for the work carried out. With other companies, miljøtillæg is included. not with these guys! extra 850kr

Waited for them all day only to call and be told that they weren't coming and they forgot to inform me.

WOULD AVOID AND GO WITH A MORE REASONABLY PRICED COMPANY.
