Opening account
We was about to move out all of our accounts from Nykredit to AL Bank. We was writing with Herning department forth and for more than two months and nothing happened...
We give back and we ask Danske Bank.
Accounts was ready after 48hours!
So I really do not recommend AL Bank, it is just waiting of time.

AL Business is a free app for iPhone, iPad, and Android-based smartphones and tablets. When you're on the go, you can easily keep track of your company's finances - and easily get in touch with your business advisor. To use the app, your company must have an agreement for AL Netbank Business.

I call the bank to get help with a problem in the app, Nobody wanted to help, they told you nicely "I will transfer you to the next department" (Avoiding helping the customers) what lazy guys!
Until I spoke with Henrik, he even was confused about my problem, but he tried to help you, and solved the problem. 5 stars for him!

They dont show up to meeting and then expect attention.
I scheduled a meeting with them on a Thursday, for next Monday, and booked 1 hour of my time for accommodating it. Meeting starts and nobody shows up there, 20 minutes pass and I call the bank to ask if somebody will attend. Response is that the banker is "working on the case and will call shortly". It calls 10 min later saying he is ready. I ask if he has prepared something and says that "no because I did not have your data" (which he has since last week and apparently was working on). Enough info not to make business with them.

Bad customer service
I want to express a complaint about your customer service and share a friendly advice to hire more personnel as all I've heard the past 3 weeks is that you're short of staff and everything takes unnecessarily very long time..
I won't go into details, as I'm not your customer.
This evaluation is not for the bank as I didn't get to have such an experience but it's for the personnel and their arrogance mostly which effects the bank and it's ideology.

Opening account with them is…
Opening account with them is impossible. Tried to open a bank account with them a year back and it was like going through hurdle one after another.
First we needed to upload our id, tax papers, our current bank statements etc. Then they interview us and ask us a bunch of questions. Apparently that wasn't enough and the branch we wanted to connect to have to talk to us too. They never call and I don't know how many times I have called them to tell them to call me back. After several months we gave up and it's a total waste of time.
