A buyer may still purchase the product in light of the weak points, because he knows what he will be confronted with, but may know how to overcome those weak points, and based upon the strong points may still purchase the product because he likes the product so much.
Instructional tutorials are detailed and understandable.
Alakazam understands that magic products may possess flaws coming from the manufacturer, and if a customer should receive a flawed product, Alakazam is more than willing to replace the flawed product.
