Products good but comm bad
Products seem okay but communicating with company is horrible. Chat on website doesnt seem to work, I have emailed sales with no response. Not sure what to do. Real shame.

So sorry to hear your frustration. The chat unfortunately isn't man 24/7 but we always reply to messages as soon as we are back online. Our store is currently closed at the weekends (so this may delay your email reply until Monday) even though we do try to respond at weekends when it's possible.
