Very bad experience!!!!

We book a car in Billund. Our plane was delayed, the office was closed and the telephone number to call was with a recorded message. We were in the middle of nothing without car!! Never again in my life!!!

Absolutely first class experience. Have hired a car for holiday in Sardinia at Olbia Airport in Aug 2021. Booked through 3rd party. Needed to change the booking due to flight cancellations/changes. 3rd party absolutely useless/unhelpful. Have been saved by the local staff on the day. All very professional, with a smile, saved me about 12 hours of waiting. Not pushing "extra" insurances as the other companies at this airport do. Sensible "scratch" policy as opposed to some other companies who attempted to charge me hundreds of Euros for a luggage scratch inside the boot!!
Will certainly use them again. Given previous positive experiences in different countries, from now on my "go to" car hire company.

Booked a car from the U.K. to pick up in Italy. Once at Turin airport we found that the Alamo desk is staffed by only one person who looks after the bookings of 4 companies (and has to give the cars out too!). So for each customer he comes and goes from the office. Poor thing! Despite the fact I am travelling with an infant who is getting distressed (so far 1 hr queue and there are several customers in front of me in the line), I think the treatment of your employees is inhuman and your respect for clients is nil. This is the last time I will book a car with your company.

Collecting and returning the car was a simple process, but were told that breakdown cover was not included and would to purchase this at a daily rate,other companies we hire cars from have breakdown cover included,why not you.

Rented a car for 3 weeks in February. From Fiumicibo Airport. Everything was fine, good and kind service, answered our questions and helped when we needed assistance.

Me and my wife, and our 3 kids had reserved a car at Alamo Napoli airport. At pickup I naturally provided passport, creditcard and my drivers licens which I've had for 30 years, and rented multiple cars with. But Alamo refused my license because it is laminated!? It was laminated when I got it, and so is My wifes. Pretty annoying situation! Thanks for nothing Alamo!
My license is a standard danish one from 1990. Luckily SicilyByCar is a professional company showing great service. They had a spare car for us to rent.
