Order at your own risk, they might send one of two products & there's no way to get hold of their customer service as only email. It has been a month since I placed my order & it's missing, zero response from their emails and no refund option on site.

Took two months to get the delivery. Not ok. The shirt did not look as the picture shown. Disappoioned. Do not shop here.

they send used and undersize and not true to Picture products. and refuse to even answer your queries. this is a fraud company plz beware

Ordered a 2.7k dress and still don’t receive

Very bad response. No one reply you. No exchange return policy is genuine. When you exchange something, it shows the item is non returnable.

I cant rate zero , thats y giving 1 star. I ordered a swimsuit in october, paid order, nvr received it. No one to contact, no rply. Then i wasnt hapoy with being a fool once, i ordered again but this time cod. I ordered a co-ord set and a sweater set in the size large. What i received was a size fit for kids, the size seemed like small. Then their return policy is also amazing, cant even do that. So in conclusion, it is a fakeeee site.. do not waste ur hard earned money on these fraudsters. Shame on u ala mode by akansha. Because of few frauds like you all the other sites, (honest ones) get affected.

I have got worst quality of dress and not worth it for money … I have retuned the order also … but still dint receive my refund amount … it’s totally cheating website and fraudulent website… pls don’t shop from this website …

Once you order it seems quiet legit as they send you a confirmation and all but you cannot track the order, you cannot contact them and they don’t even refund the money.
They cancelled my order without my knowledge and won’t even refund my money!

Please do NOT buy any products from this company and save yourself from all the stress. They take upfront payment and do not accept returns. They don’t have a customer care number and they don’t reply to your emails.

Had there been option of zero stars that would also be high. The quality is so pathetic and horrible and then after paying such a premium price it feels you have just been mugged.
Company is a complete sham, please not they do not have a refund policy, they will only give you store credits. Please don’t fall for the products and this brand.

Its been more than 3 weeks i am regularly sending emails about order 292918. Which has been returned back just next day after receiving it. But whenever i try to track it shows that the parcel is yet not reached the warehouse.
I am really disappointed with this service.
I this this is fraud happened with me and I have to complain to consumer court about this website.
1st of all i got extra small size when I have asked for large size. Quality also was too bad. And since 3 weeks i am facing negligence in getting return/ exchange service.

Waste of money ! Hate the fabric and the fit both . Pictures are so fancy and the actual product is equally worse. I feel foolish to have ordered clothes worth 7k and they don’t even have an option for refunds. Please do yourself a favor and save your money by not shopping with them

The worst brand ever! I ordered products worth 6k and only received 1 item! Their insta team says its partial delivery and they customer care team says the entire order has been delivered! Even the product received is pathetic quality! But the height is they did not even deliver the complete order for a prepaid one! Brands like these make you not trust the other small businesses!

The products don't match with the website images. The products received had stitching issues.

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviews. I have ordered from them before ,but faced customer service issues with size exchange. I reordered this time, hoping that the products will be better but the quality that I received is one of the worst, and as a customer I feel deceived. THERES A NO REFUND POLICY AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT PRICE WORTHY.
