Very disappointed; came to shop after watching YouTube; ordered the product around third week of June; there was no communication about shipment till second week of July; that communication also happened after I emailed their customer support team. They responded there was a delay and the product will reach soon. The “soon” never happened and I finally cancelled the order on 3rd August. Thankfully it was a COD so I didn’t lose any money.

Worst site ever, I ordered from this site and received a low-quality product and wrong size, so I returned it and asked for a refund. They said they don't have a refund policy, but they did give me a gift card for the same amount, but only for a limited time. Then I tried to order again to use my gift card, but most of the products were out of stock or out of size. Then, to use that gift card, I ordered the product for my friend because my size was unavailable, so I ordered L size jumpsuit after checking their size chart, even though I should have ordered M but size was unavailable, so I ordered L for her. However, she received an XS size and a low-quality product. Now I can't even return it because they don't have enough product and sizes to go around. This website is a complete waste of my money. I do not recommend shopping on this site if you do not want to waste your money and time determining which product will fit you and then receiving the wrong size.

I want to 0 star. Please someone give me there contact number. they are cheaters. They provide u any size they have irrespective of what u ordered. There is no name tag or size tag on the dress. wont reply on emails.

Very very pathetic this is a fraud business. I order a top. The product delivered was totally different as shown in picture and quality was worst. The worst thing is they don’t have return policy which makes customer forcefully to keep product even if they don’t like the material. One of the very worst experience.

This one is worst.. I ordered my frees it was so unfit 1500 worth.. I applied for exchange they initially refund money in their account later on I use it n ordered dress it is about 1 month old matter. Till now I haven't got so. As well I have done lots n lots of email. Fake people

This label needs to make more inclusive sizes - currently not for all women and neither does the team appear to be accommodative of such requests.

Both items that I really liked did NOT fit me, even though I ordered them in Large - which is my usual size. Very disappointing.

Not expected of a supposedly "global" label in such a time and age when everyone is embracing all sizes and shapes.

I had ordered a white shirt in size xs. They delivered the shirt late. The material was ok but the shirt was at least two sizes big. The size marking had been cut off, its edges were still visible. They do not return your money. Offer a gift card with an expiry date. And frankly everything else on their website looks extremely tacky. Anything that I like even a little is not available.

Alamode by Akansha is a fraud business. Please do not purchase from them.

I ordered a lounge wear in December 2021. I’ve not received my order and they have not refunded my money as well.

It is impossible to contact them. They occasionally respond to emails and they don’t have any valid contact number on their website.

My only advise is stay away from this website.

Bad quality fabric, totally waste of money

Please don’t even look at the pictures and buy . It’s nothing like as shown in their website .. it’s some were from low grade cheap thailand quality and they r fooling us by putting good pictures of the clothes and charging high amount

I just gave 1star so that I could write the review, worst company and they steal money from people and do not deliver the product. All the people who this brand has looted should come together and lodge a complaint against them.

I want this to give 0 star but can't as there is no option of that , but beware , it's a number 1 fraud brand and never trust on this brand because you will end up loosing your money and time . What they show they don't deliver and what they deliver they never show . So don't trust on them . Nobody can write review on their site , no transparency , nothing legit . Never buy .

This Company Alamodelabel is a BIG Timen fraud. My worst purchase ever. Where do I start, I mean, first purchase, they sent a dress that look nothing like the pic on the website. Material so bad, where the stitches came out, with zipper not working, one sleeves shorter than the other. So, I returned and they offered CN. Than I bought another dress and that dress came with a shoulder strap cut. Who on earth sends thier customer a defect items or damages goods. Just so disappointed with all these experiences. Also, they have no refund. Wow.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst quality ever and cheater who loots consumer money, FRAUD

I took 2 outfits which they sent with a bad quality, I replaced my order but the Alamoda by Akanksha policy says you can't cancel order and exchange will charge 80 rs per outfit again still it's there mistake to send me bad quality and then I need to pay huge amount.

Next I bought 5k up clothes - one outfit cost me around 2500 rs and same product is selled in Messo and other website in only 500 rs.

She The girl Akanksha makes a fun of hard money of people as well give worst quality then street shop and copies other design and sell on her website.

I'm attaching same product in meesho at the rate of 546 - I Mean with class trust on her and she gives market copy to us and do fraud. I recon you guys stop buying please. Before you buy from her Instagram page which shows fake followers and huge fans go and visit her reviews everywhere around.

I ordered L size and it was really loose but the quality was good. Even though the exchange policy was bad, I put the extra money and sent the package. The nightmare starts from there. They never acknowledged that they received it. After 2 months of follow up, they sent credit note. Now the prices have changed and anything i order, I either loose money or pay more. In the end I ordered one size smaller as first was loose. The one size small was so small that a kid of 9-10 years old can wear it. They sent another credit note for an undelivered product, I used that credit note to order the same size as first order to get smaller size even now! The mistake for not filing a consumer court case: Covid times and I did not take a picture of the first top. Absolute waste of money. Cherry on top: It took 6 months to get to this conclusion as their service team is so bad in responding even though you are on time requesting a return and returning the products
