We are so happy with the service provided for our relocation move. From quote to move day you made the process seamless. The guys were professional and communicated effectively through each stage. We would definitely recommend you to anyone needing a removal company.
This company were amazing from start to finish. They helped us through the booking process and guided us with how and what to pack and when.
They volunteered to turn up a day earlier than planned, an offer we took with open arms! This meant we were ahead with our move and our clean. Our move was long distance so time made up was much appreciated.
The lads who moved us worked tirelessly, it was HOT! A very hot day in July, but the lads just kept going and going, even cracking jokes!!
If I move again, I will definitely use Brittania. A pleasure to recommend too!
Absolutely fantastic service! All of the guys who helped pack and move us (a different team packed to moving us). They were all absolutely superb and I am so glad we chose Britannia (Alan Cook Removals) over another removal company.
Very organised dates managed very well.
Vince was spot on with the planning of move.Removal guys were excellent I believe it was Oliver H, Craig N, Luke R and Ben W.
Also Shirley was very helpful throughout the whole process.
The move was well organised and efficiently dealt with. The removal men were excellent and coped with some quite heavy furniture up steps and no damage to anything. I would definitely recommend the company.
Great guys that moved us, hard working, packed up the whole house then drove 2-3 hours to our new home and unpacked our essentials so we could eat and sleep before starting again next morning. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
I used Britannia movers as the surveyor Chris sounded professional and it was a bit more expensive than local company's but so glad I did as the whole day went great from the moment that Terry and Matt started to there finish they were a great team and a credit to you company

We just wanted to say Thank You to all the team at Alan Cook Removals, but especially to Andy F, Chris & Olly who were brilliant on both days of our move and made our relocation easy.
Nothing was too much trouble, they all went above & beyond. They were polite, respectful and worked really hard, especially as both days were so hot!
From start to finish our relocation went really smoothly and we would happily recommend Britannia Movers to anyone moving house.

Over the three days Britannia Cook moved us from Peasenhall to Snape, things could have not gone better. Everything went very smooth over all three days and the guys (Mark P, Mark Murray, Adam & Josh) allocated to our move where cheerful, flexible, hard working and careful. They made our experience stress free.

The packing up of the house we were moving from went well and things were packed carefully. We exchanged later in the day, I think around 4.30-5.00 and when we got to the new house, the removal guys couldn’t have made it more clear, with their actions, they were not happy with the late finish. One of them was pretty much running through the house. My mum even asked him if had a date to get to and he said “well not anymore”. He also made it clear he wasn’t happy with his colleague who was trying to help with an issue with the washing machine. It made us really uncomfortable and was unprofessional. We had also had a call, while we were waiting to exchange, from someone in the office (or maybe one of the removal men?) to tell us to contact our solicitor to try to get things moving. Our solicitor had never heard of a removal company doing that. We couldn’t control how fast the solicitors worked.

Professional and caring.
I know many may try to ‘save’ on the move by using ‘man and a van’ but goodness you get what you pay for. Britannia Alan Cook from assessment to completion were simply superb and not expensive. The guys who came to move were brilliant - they made it look easy. Best thing was they also arrived when they said they would (unlike others) and if you wanted to chat anything through you could get through to the office in an instant (and talk to a human).
On the move day the team of three chaps took such care of all my kit - sofas protected, tables covered, beds dismantled. I was moving to a three storey house and the two guys didn’t flinch.
It’s the little things - boxes delivered in advance so you can pack at leisure and organise things.
The young man driving the lorry was also so impressive - parallel parked on the road outside my house - just wow!
If I could give 10 stars I would.

From start to finish Alan Cook were great. They answered all our questions, were flexible and accommodating when our completion date moved, and the father-son duo who fulfilled our move over the 3 days made everything seem soo easy. They went over and above dismantling and rebuilding furniture, and reinstalling our washing machine, all the while taking care of our belongings and being fabulous with our kids. Would highly recommend

Graham and Rob were amazing! They were moving a house full of furniture and possessions from Britannia’s storage to a small flat in Edinburgh and the rest on to storage here. They were punctual, friendly, fun, quick, nothing was a problem. They took all the pressure off what could have been a very stressful day for us. That was also our experience of Alan Cook Britannia when they moved us out of our Suffolk house earlier in the year. Cannot recommend them enough, and again so many thanks to Graham and Rob for being so great.
