AVOID

AVOID. Used this company for full packing and removal last week (March 2026). The team had no respect for our property or contents. Failed to protect our furniture, mattresses etc. Significant amount of scratches, chips and scuffs to most of our belongings. They literally “dumped” the contents into our new home (in less than 2 hours) “they had a long drive back”. We found a number of items left in the garage after they had gone, rather than being placed into the house.

The “team leader” had a serious attitude; did nothing but complain (mattresses and furniture “too heavy”).

We felt very intimidated; compelled to give them a tip, (to avoid any unpleasant confrontation) and “relieved” when they left the property.

The service we received bore no resemblance to the quotation provided.

EXCEPTIONALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Today 13th Nov 25

Today 13th Nov 25, we had a lovely team move us from Catworth to storage. We just wanted to thank the 4 removal guys for their professional service. Britannia must be honoured to have them as part of the team
Thanks Paul & Rachel

Avoid

avoid. Everything went well at first, they packed as agreed. then they turned up on the day with not enough vans, and head office wouldn't send anymore, which means the movers had to make two trips, delaying our move by hours. our stuff was dirty upon arrival (the vans were dirty). I ended up having to do assembly of some items, despite paying for them to do it, as it was the only way to get them out the house before 8pm. When i complained, compensation was agreed, but they never paid and have now ignored my last two emails. they only get 2 stars because they didn't break anything during the move bar one slate placemat.

How a single individual can annihilate a well-established reputation.

My experience with this company was not only the worst but also incredibly bizarre. They were trusted to store four pieces of furniture for eight months. When returned, all items were dirty, dusty, and marked. The pool table they dismantled suffered extensive damage. Making matters worse, the manager initially refused to provide his name or speak directly because we hadn't paid the final delivery charge upfront—a detail they missed during delivery. We found him on social media in a Christmas jumper proudly claiming to be 'Vinny,' the manager. Under the guise of a personal call, I reached him only for him to respond aggressively and threateningly before hanging up. This led to a small claims court case where they tried to sue us for the unpaid delivery charge. They refused mediation and didn't show up in court today when we had a legitimate counterclaim for damages. This wasn't about money; it was about sentimental value: two leather Chesterfield sofas from 1978 left by my deceased father and a pool table we've had for 23 years. This was an incredibly poor display from the St Neots branch of a previously reputable large group that once held an MOD contract. If I were the CEO, I would be extremely disappointed.

I used this company recently for our…House Move

I used this company recently for our move. Their customer service from the first phone to Shirley in the office was excellent, thank you Shirley. When we finally got our completion date the rest was a perfect move. The guys that came out were professional and worked very hard to make our journey not stressful. Thank you so much for an expert service 5 stars, Ian and Marianne
