Horrible service - do not use

Booking reference: 37321434

Horrible experience. They got my return details wrong despite me sending them my hotel and flight confirmation details by WhatsApp. Therefore I had to book a separate taxi despite paying for a transfer with them. If you are booking transfer from Istanbul airport to a hotel please make sure it is not with Alan transfer. Even when the mistake was spotted they could not send someone to rectify the situation.
