If there was a minus star review they would get it .
I ordered the dressing table and they claimed I received it but I did not .

My experience as I ordered the dressing table for my daughter’s birthday on June 26 and paid £40, I have had following the tracking number but received the small parcel inside with the shopping bag this morning.

I emailed them many emails but no one responded to me, it's bad.

Order a vanity, received tracking information that said item was delivered. I communicated with Alarmspark support and always received replies from a different email.... Was offered less than 1/2 refund, I said why? They said to send screen shot of my, and I did; then offered me 65% refund. WHATEVER, send me my money. BEEN 60 DAYS, no refund yet... still following up, I think they are banking on most of too busy for this bullsh*t.

100% Scam. Have reported them to my credit card company. Ordered a dressing table in February. Never received it. They have offered 50% discount, then 65%. I have insisted on full refund, but have not heard back.

As with other customers, I received ear muffs instead of a laser printing.
I received a response to my initial complaint asking for me to send an image of what I had received, but heard nothing after that.

Does even rate. NOTHING BUT A SCAM. Do not try to buy from them

Well, it's a fact that is a scam. I surely lost my money, but this review is just an appeal to the POLICE to stop them. As it is so clear and demonstrated that is a scam what the hell Postal Police is doing?

People please don’t be fooled by the adverts you see as your scrolling down on Facebook…I wished I had checked the reviews before…can someone please do something about these scammers!!??!!

I ordered a vanity unit from them, it was advertised on Facebook. I paid £40 two months ago, after many emails going back and forth, saying they’ll look into delivery, I haven’t received my item and they have taken £40 from my account. Unfortunately I have been a witness to a scam, and will not buy anything from Facebook adverts again, I have learnt my lesson, please do the same, and not be sucked into these sellers that advertise on Facebook or instagram.

I ordered a Laser Engraver (LASER PRO) on their website for 49.90 Euros, which never arrived..instead they sent a Scarf and a snow cap which are not even worth 5.00 Euros...I contacted them and they said that it was a shipping error, to return the wrong product that would be sent the right one. What Never Happened...they kept the VISA money and the Product. VIGARISTAS.Reported Portuguese Competent Authorities for Cyber ​​Crime. FRAUD!!! They should be ashamed of what they do. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

Awful experience. Ordered an item, never arrived, they said they resent it and it still never arrived. They offered me a refund minus the delivery charge as they ‘do not earn it’. Rubbish. I want back the full amount I paid that company. When I try and explain it I just get the same response back every time. Do not use them, awful company, should not exist. I am still now 2 months later having the same same debate with them over shipping.

DONT DESERVE a star at all...Like others I bought a vanity unit & they sent me ridiculous cheap sunglasses...the emails were an absolute nightmare...this is a SCAM...Shut this place DOWN...Bought this since March...Really disgraceful...

Shut this place down! As like most people, I stupidly ordered a vanity unit and received the most horrendous scarf ever! I won’t bore you with the details but I’m slowly giving up with my 50% refund. It’s become quite amusing receiving emails off them with excuses. Please don’t buy ANYTHING from this website.

Like all the other reviews here, ordered a vanity set and didn’t receive it. They keep insisting it was delivered but no one has come to our property on the day they say they allegedly delivered. Keep reporting them so that they can be shut down.

I ordered a LED vanity unit in march that said express delivery in 7-15 days!
Around 3 weeks ago I received a confirmation saying item delivered! What was delivered was some cheap satin scarf that had no paperwork! In fact I only just realised what this scarf must have come from them after scrolling down comments on this site. They gave a tracking code that never worked! Obviously all fake and they promised to re-send a new piece after I challenged them on the tracking code! The alleged shipping country in Uk didn’t even have any form of contact! We are almost May and still no furniture…..what an absolute rip off!

ordered a cabinet received a pair of sunglasses - this is ridiculous and unfair and this site should be shut down

Ongoing emails chasing my refund and getting nowhere slowly.

Ordered the vanity unit in March, received cheap sunglasses. An error with the supplier and I could apply to them to resolve. Multiple emails later (and offers of 35/45/65% refunds) and I’m still waiting to get my money back. Allegedly the latest being that the refund was refused. Another lie. I encourage you all to log dissatisfaction in any social media ads for this item. A threat I have made to this business already. There’s multiple people being duped.

I ordered a vanity set and got an ugly scarf. After 2 months of MANY emails , I got a full refund . SCAM !! Am angry I fell for it .
