My silky scarf arrived today ! Should be a dressing table coming 🙈 e mailed alarmspark but after looking at reviews not hopeful . First time this has ever happened to me

DO NOT order. It’s a SCAM!!! I ordered the dressing table and got a scarf!!

Ordered a dressing table, however read reviews on this company and asked them to cancel my order and refund me. To my surprise they did just that. I had my order cancelled and money refunded. Not sure if this a legitimate company but I would ask for a refund just incase.

Ordered a dressing table and they sent me a cheap nasty scarf, no way of contacting apart from an email that they don’t reply to. I feel so frustrated and more embarrassed that I fell for a stupid scam, I wish I had checked them out on here before ordering anything.

This website scams you, we ordered a dressing table and received shipping confirmation but what arrived was a cheap plastic pair of sunglasses. We have tried to email, chat and message on Facebook. We have also commented on their Facebook adverts but now they have blocked us and deleted the comment.

Alarm Spark, load of t**s fell for the same scam, bought this wonderful laser printer, in 23rd Dec 2022 after approx 9 emails to them the tracking number showed as being delivered on 6th Jan but my ring doorbell says different, contacted again to say non delivery, Yugen so sorry my friend will send you out a brand new one by quicker delivery and guess what 1st March and still no Laser Printer got in touch with my bank told the whole tale to them and they refunded £49.90 ,in full, Do not buy anything from this company, I fell for this as many o'thers have, so lesson learnt,

Scam and none of their emails work. They robbed me of $100

WE HAD ORDERED A LASER ON WEBSITE. WE HAVE RECEIVED IT AFTER 2 MONTHS.
WE OPENED THE ENVELOPE , IT WAS JUST A SCARF.
IT'S THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
I WILL TAKE THE LEGAL PATH BUT I KNOW THAT CHINA IS ALREADY THE WORST COUNTRY EVER IS SUCH FRAUD SITUATIONS.

SCAM BUSINESS. We exchanged with the customer service about 10 emails. This company is completely insane They are not willing to proceed refund. So the scenario goes like you buy laser engraver. You are waiting 2 months like idiot since the shipment is from China and not UK as advertised. When you open the parcel you find cheap scarf price 2dollars max. After contacting customer support Ygeme let you know how sorry they are and that was mistake. First they will ask you to return the item. Of course nobody normal can agree with that. Second they will offer different percentage like 45% or maximum 50%. So still they are profitable. I am going to report this business online for fraud. F them

Saw an Instagram add purchased a ‘multifunctional’ table the cheek of it to send me a woolly hat instead.

have emailed for a refund and will contact my bank too!!

This company is a scam..
16 emails later and the the problem is still not resolved.
On the web site it states that they refund 100%of the purchase price and they bear the cost of any return shipping.
What a load of crap!! There was never any intention of sending my item in the first place.
No integrity at all..
Still no outcome, no item or refund.

Like I see it happen to most of us. Does anybody know if it's possible to claim a refund. It's clear that this company are thieves and they will continue doing the same in the future. We need justice. We lost our money. They made thousands of dollars or millions and they are scams

And it happened to me as well... Why didn't I read the reviews upfront???
Seems I need to wear my fluffy ear-muffs, which I reeceived instead of the laser-engraver, with pride...

Ordered a laser printer and received a scarf - TOTAL SCAM

Ordered a Laser Engraver and did not received anything. After more than two months the tell me that the package was collect. HUGE scam. Stay away.
