I would highly recommend Alastair Saville, in particular Anne Marie and Kate. They were extremely helpful throughout the process, gave plenty of helpful advice and when things seemed to be going more slowly than they should, were particularly supportive on liaising between the buyers (and their solicitors) and our solicitors. They are an extremely knowledgeable team whose communication was excellent throughout the process. They were as transparent as possible and answered questions in a positive and efficient manner. I would like to thank them for all their invaluable help and sterling service.

After a long process Anne-Marie, Kate and the team were excellent to help us move home. It can be a stressful time moving but any problems were always sorted and in such a professional manner. Well done to all and thankyou..

I used alisdaire saville in Maghull to sell my house in fazakerley & to buy a house in maghull. My house sold the same day and all went through very smoothly, I didnt really need to do anything as they took care of it all. The marketing was brilliant. The house I was buying was more complicated but Alisdaire Saville were great with their help & communications to the seller & all solicitors involved. Not sure I would have coped without their support. Special mention to Ann-marie & Kate. Thank you.

I offered asking price on a house, gave ID, offer accepted, soliceters involved booked and paid for survey and the house is still being marketed. Offered over zoopla recommended by £5000. Considering withdrawing, will take the hit on survey as company say its their policy until after survey. We'll... to that!

Buying a property via this agent and still they are still marketing it as for sale even after solicitors involved and survey booked and paid for. Keen to introduce me to surveyors (£80 more expensive then a really good one with trust pilot good reviews). Buyers need commitment. My agent sold my house and had it under offer same day(the other extreme as mortgage of buyer hadn't been approved!). Buyers and sellers beware this could cost you a sale plus lost survey fees for buyers.

Absolutely excellent service from all. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody thinking of using estate agents keep it up thank you.

Alastair Saville have been extremely helpful selling my late mother's house in Maghull. I do not live locally, so Alastair Saville arranged and attended all viewings, and also provided invaluable help when it came to arranging surveys, house clearance etc. All of their staff were kind and helpful, always available, and gave excellent advice throughout. They completely deserve an outstanding five star review.

We have recently exchanged on a property bought through Alastair Saville in Maghull. What should have been a straightforward purchase became rather slow and complicated due to changes required in the lease and differing views between the sellers and buyers solicitors. Throughout the process Ann-Marie and her colleagues worked very hard to push the process along and ensure that progress continued despite the complications. Alastair Saville’s were excellent at communicating progress to us (the buyers) and advising on the next steps in the process. We have no doubt that their efforts made a real difference in getting our purchase “over the line”. We would be very happy to use Alastair Saville for any property sales of our own in the future.
