First time using Alayadreamz. Undecided about destination but Alayah was extremely helpful in giving us quotes for various places and recommending resorts. Very easy to communicate with, offereing very good advice and options. Nothing was a problem and every time we called her, she was polite, efficient and quick with getting all the information.

It was on the off chance I ended up using Alayadreamz, as I was chatting to a friend and he suggested I give her a try. She completely rearranged a holiday I booked so it was more flowing. It comprised of flights, rebooking of hotels with all-inclusive rates and getting a generally better deal all round. It was a touch more expensive (£300 which I would have spent in meals and probably more so probably saved me money in the long run) but the choice was mine, all Alliyah did was give me options without trying to sway me to anything in particular as there were various options. There was zero stress on my side. She also suggested tours and places to go visit and eat. She kept us informed as the internal flight timing changed twice.
The thing that got me, which is way above and beyond she was actually on holiday on the Caribbean Island I was going to (visiting family), she went to the hotel and told them my flight had been rearranged so would be coming in later and it was likely is to arrive later than the reception would be open and arranged so I could still check-in into my room and sort out paperwork in the morning all without my knowledge. I was stunned and very grateful at the same time.
Would I recommend Alayadreamz? Yes. Would I use Alayadreamz again? Yes, 100%.

I started planning a three week European tour of seven cities in four countries from Trinidad and Tobago with my agent in June 2023. I used this company to purchase 14 days tickets for Universal Studio in Orlando Florida. The service was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I received an email confirmation immediately following the transaction and a follow up call to verify that everything had gone smoothly. Because I was highly satisfied with the service for my Orlando trip, I again used them again to book a recent trip to Amsterdam.

As with the first time, the service was friendly and efficient. Options were presented to me for trips and hotel and although I had many questions on them, I was never made to feel like I was a bother. Eventually, when I chose one that I liked, I had the same follow up call to make sure that everything went well.
