We would never buy anything from Albany Sheds again. We spent a lot of time looking for a small pent roof shed which would look good next to our gazebo, particularly the colour - 2.1x0.9 bike store Pent 12mm. When it was delivered it was a completely different colour. I called immediately and said I was unhappy with the colour. They then sent me another picture saying this is what it looks like. It looks very different to the website. They refused to take it back and offered me £30 to paint it another colour. I dont think that would cover the cost of the paint let alone having it painted. We are so disappointed.

Staff were very helpful with the design. The installers were very pleasant and completed the job very well.

I purchased a Warwick shed just over a year ago but the extra dry weather we have had recently has led to timber shrinkage leaving gaps through which day light is showing.I have emailed Albany twice about the problem but have been completely ignored.This is not the type of after sales service which I would have expected from a company of this size.Very very disappointed.

Easy to deal with, sheds nice, the people that came and fitted it were nice so it was an all round pleasant experience. If I ever need another shed I’d definitely come back. Thanks

Oliver in the sales team was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was exceptional throughout, whether by email or telephone, and our visit to the showroom was a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

A special mention also goes to Danny and Ty, who fitted the shed. They were polite, friendly, and more than happy to answer any questions. It was clear they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing, which really showed in the quality of their work. They were methodical, efficient, and highly professional throughout.

They are all a real credit to Albany Sheds. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality shed and excellent customer service.

Very good product, great support during design and excellent construction team that put it up at the peak of the heat wave in full sun at 34 C.

From ordering to completion the process was faultless. Sonny was super-helpful when we were trying to decide exactly what we wanted, and Danny and Ty worked efficiently and quickly to install the shed, paying attention to the finer details. Skilled workers who knew exactly what they were doing. If a company is judged on its workforce Albany is the best.

Very pleased with my new shed - a 3.6 x 3.0m Major Apex. I did a fair bit of research before making a decision and the spec of these sheds is fantastic for the price. It is rock solid, and the thick framing gives it a more workshop-like feel - great quality. The overall service was fantastic, with Albany accommodating my individual requirements with no fuss at all, communication along the way was spot on, and installation was quick and very professional, and only a few weeks from when I placed my order. Couldn't be happier - thank you very much. Absolutely nothing negative to say!!
