Dear Sir
Dear Sir, I was sadly disappointed when my package arrived.
I had ordered from you specially because my old wall mounted BT Vanguard is failing,
and you specified clearly yours was a wall mounted phone.
It is not, and you must or should have known that.
You did not show the back of phone which cannot be put vertically on the wall. there are no holes
So, I am stuck now...

I was reading the product descriptions and specifications 3 times for the BT Decor 2200 corded phone that you ordered, but I couldn't find any reference about wall mount function, therefore this problem must be a result of a confusion between similar products, or simply a text reading error in this case.
