Top class customer service!
I ordered my wedding photobooks with Albelli be. At first the quality of the product was not up to the mark. However, team Albelli really took my complains into account and provided me with best possible customer services. Good print, bad packaging for delivery
Pictures were well printed, but packaging was not good and they arrived with all corners destroyed.
Delivery is done with courier and signature is needed. Very difficult for people who are out the whole day.

Good quality of foto printing but quite a few mistakes in the order execution
The print of the fotos was really good.
However, I have order fotos to be printed (in formaat 13 and 10) that were precisely selected in their number of copies. But the execution of the order was not accurate at all. Not all fotos were printed and others printed too many times instead.
Lastly, I have canceled part of my order after consulting through an online chat that I will be payed back. Still waiting for the return of the money.
