Have used Albion Pet Food Ltd tever since I got my dog.Always helpful and friendly. Dog meat is always well packed and fully frozen on arrival. Good quality food. Drivers are always friendly too. August, 2024

I was kept up to date with when my order would be delivered. I appreciated the fact that, due to extremely hot weather, my order date was moved by one day in order for the dog food to be delivered still completely frozen.

Very good service & our dog love the food

Rearranged all my commitments to take the delivery as the product needs to be kept frozen, and it didn’t arrive on the specified date.
When it did arrive it was delivered by Royal Mail in a standard non-frozen van.
When I contacted the company they said it was because of the hot weather on that date, which I just don’t believe. If they are so reliant on the weather to ship their products, I’m surprised they are still in business. Certainly, I can’t keep changing my working life to accommodate the weather or deliveries, so unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

The service and delivery is excellent and the food is high quality at a good price. Most importantly the packaging doesn’t leak so can be left to defrost without putting it in another container.

Delivered promptly on day as stated. Minced tripe Still adequacy frozen in convenient free flow bags that are easy to handle and don’t split and spill contents everywhere.

The food arrived really quickly and very well wrapped. I bought it for our 6 month old puppy but our older dog absolutely loves it too, so I'm just about to order some more. It is clearly a very high quality food, not smelly like some pet foods, and you can see the vegetables. It makes my life so much easier just to open a packet for their breakfast, knowing it has everything they need in it.

Have been happy with Albion for a long time had a short period when meat was a little watery but they fixed it quickly and all is good

Top-quality Dog food. My dog has never had any allergic reactions or bloating. I've been buying their food products since my pup was 8 weeks old and will continue to do so. The ordering process is easy, and deliveries are always on time.
